It contains 70-80% organic alcohol, distilled water and extract from organically grown ginger. Simple ingredients, but high alcohol ratio.

Does this have enough of a ginger taste to make fresh hot ginger water out of it, with a few drops?

probably - but since this is a tincture, it may not have the "fresh " taste.we have this ready for prompt shipment.grounds for tea

Can this product be used on the skin?

I have used this product orally. It is very concentrated and very hot. I would be vey careful about using it topically.

Could I use it and would this be just as effective in my Golden Milk recipe as fresh ginger?

It's great for heartburn. I also have cooked with it in the past (Chinese food and Indian corn pudding). In my opinion it would work great but you would have to try it. It's very strong; you don't even have to use a lot. It's so strong or stronger than fresh ginger in my opinion. I always keep it in my house.

a few squirts of this in water is an excellent digestive aid. it lasts forever and the quality is top-notch. more effective than ginger candies for this use. It's been a life-changer for me. Not a fun gift. My inflammation was out of control

There are no words to express how much I 💓💖💗 this product! I was involved in a crash with a tow truck. I was left with many injuries including blown out discs in my neck, lower and middle back. I was left with CRPS. Not a fun gift. My inflammation was out of control! I was in extreme pain EVERYDAY! I wanted to die. At some point I decided to ditch these Drs who were telling me to just "accept" the fact that I had several chronic pain conditions. I was told I would never be pain free and I could come get "touch up" sympathetic nerve blocks, neck,hip,knee injections when needed. They wanted to fuse my neck and put a spine stimulator in to control my pain. All of that was a bitter pill to swallow. At that point, I asked...is this it? Started researching "alternative" ways to heal myself. I found ginger, tumeric and other natural herbs claiming they were major inflammation reducers. I was all in and ordered both! I chose also to go all organic with my diet as well. My ginger and tumeric drops came. I put them in my coffee, with butter and coconut oil. I do this EVERY morning! Results: My pain disappeared within two days! I was amazed and am still amazed!! There are no words how greatful for these God given natural remedies that we can use to heal our bodies!! I would highly recommend this to anyone and everyone!! For pain sufferers, try the combo described above and you'll be amazed. I just am so greatful!! This product...and this company's products have changed my life...and I'd say...saved my life! I didn't want to live before! Now, I am living in greatfulness for another pain free day!
