These magnesium tablets are good but a bit big to swallow. They didn’t leave an after taste. I had a good nights sleep and felt relaxed.

I've suffered for years with aching legs after any exercise, even a shortish walk. These pills have solved that and I'm sleeping very well too. Difficult to swallow but I get them down with a full glass of water.

I normally take tablets with ease but my goodness these are actually huge! Believe the other reviews when they say they are.. they are not exaggerating! Even snapping them in half I'm still struggling. I knocked down the rating because of this but overall they are actually really beneficial and has helped me feel better so I will proceed but I dread when it comes to taking them.

Tablets are quite big so I have been breaking in half to swallow.

I’ve taken these for 3 days so it’s early to tell about any results. HOWEVER the tablets are enormous and not coated so they’re extremely difficult to swallow. They are not only long but also fat and even broken in half they are not easy to get down. If I buy again I’ll look for capsules 💊 *UPDATE*- seller kindly sent capsule replacement which are perfect to take

I switched from a previous magnesium supplement to this one because I found that the old brand only contained 40mg of elemental magnesium per capsule, compared to the 202mg this one offers. The different forms of magnesium have made a noticeable effect in my life, helping me with all sorts of related problems. The seller recently switched the capsule to a smaller form, which solved the issue of having a hard-to-swallow tablet. Overall, I have 0 complaints and only praise for this product! Already on my second bottle and will continue ordering!
