Well, I love the concept. I think the description of "pop-up" is misleading as it implies it actually pop's up (like when compressed of something). It does not. In fact it takes some tugging to get it to fully dislodge from the casing. While I like that it isn't flimsy, the fact that the pull up handle is plastic coupled with the amount of "tug" it takes to pull up the plug makes me concerned. If the handle breaks, there is really no way to fix it as the casing is plastic too.We have only had it installed for a week, no major flooding to test the "seal" so the jury is still out on that too.Otherwise, It does look very nice in our new kitchen. I wish it had plugs on both sides instead of just one - Kinda a lot of work for relatively few outlets.I do think it is overpriced, but could not even find an alternative that HAD metal casing to compare it with. The price seemed to be justified by the waterproof seal it claims to have. If it IS truly waterproof, then I guess it was worth it, even though the construction material is lacking. So here's hoping, but again, we haven't tested the waterproof-ness yet...Will update in a few months...

I liked this at first. Looked good with our granite counter top. But two years and stopped working. One USB port stoped working probably 6 months ago now neither work. Frustrating expected to last longer.

Took a minute to find out how to raise it - there is a metal band that lifts up to become a handle to pull it up. It easily pushes back down. Very easy to install.

Very convenient. These are located in our backyard. Everyone that sees that thinks it's a great idea.

Installed in my kitchen inset into my countertop! It is well made and works perfect!
