Great customer service.
This is the cutest plant. We had an issue with one of our plants and the seller was very responsive and sent us a replacement. I can’t wait until it outgrows its little bottle. It was smaller than I expected, but I probably just didn’t read close enough.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND, LOVE THIS PRODUCT.
Edit: Promptly after posting this review I was contacted by the seller and sent a replacement immediately. I absolutely LOVE my replacement Venus Fly Trap. Although my initial review was extremely negative, the sellers customer service and willingness to help solve the problem is worthy of my recanting everything I said before. I would just warn anyone looking to buy this, to completely follow the sellers instructions that are included in the package. I do have to say I was a bit upset when I wrote the previous review but after receiving my new Venus fly trap, I completely vouch for this product. It’s the perfect way to keep a plant alive if you don’t have a green thumb. Never open the cork because it will be contaminated and mold WILL grow. I also recommend keeping the heat seal on it as well for added protection. The seller seems to always be willing to work with you so if something does go wrong, I recommend contacting them before posting a review or if you posted a review, making sure to update it cos these guys really do deserve five stars. They go out of their way to immediately offer you a new product or a refund. The least I felt I could do was update this review. Old Review: I was so excited about this only to be extremely disappointed. I really wanted to LOVE this but I'm so let down. The gel medium isn't even gel at this point and the liquid is covering the entire plant. The roots aren't even submerged in the liquid, it's practically upside down. I don't know what to even do at this point cos it seems too young for me to take it out of the jar and plant it. And that's not the reason I bought it in the first place, I finally wanted to have a Venus that would survive and this seemed like the best way and to also have a cute and quirky decoration. I don't know if I could recommend this to anyone because what I expected isn't what I received at all. This isnt a good product at all.

Looks like this item was previously returned and missing pieces NO-STARS…
I bought this for my grandson’s 8th birthday he loves plants and also catching bugs I figured it would be perfect for him. Unfortunately it looked like it was previously opened and came in a plain brown box with just the plant and nothing else no heat pad no instructions at all, just the little plastic bottle with the plant. Unfortunately he saw it so I’m unable to return it. I am very, very disappointed ……NO STARS

Grows great in the jar, dies immediately after transplant.
Ever since I was young, I've wanted a carnivorous plant. They're such fascinating species, plants that can eat animals! And the most famous is the Venus fly trap, no question. When I saw I could buy a mini Venus fly trap in a bottle that I didn't need to do anything to take care of it (for a few months, at least), I pressed "Buy" faster than I could blink. The jar came intact, with some instructions telling me to keep the plastic film on and never pull open the cork, as it will cause mold to invade the bottle. I obeyed, and watched the plant grow visibly bigger and bigger each month. After five months, the plant started to turn brownish and it seemed it was getting far too big for the bottle, so I contacted the company as to how I should proceed from here. The company replied quickly with a new set of instructions, telling me how to repot the plant. I quickly bought forceps, carnivorous plant soil, distilled water, and a self-watering pot to prepare the plant's move into a new home. I used the forceps to carefully pull the plant out of the jar, then I washed it thoroughly to clean any biogel off, as per the instructions given. Then I put it in the new pot full of carnivorous soil, watered the top with distilled water, filled the bottom tray with more distilled water, and covered the top of the pot with saran wrap to keep the conditions humid. To my great dismay, the plant turned blacker and blacker with each passing day. Within a week, it was completely black, and when I touched it, it crumbled into the soil. I had killed my first carnivorous plant. It would not be the last, as this happened to the sundew plant I had purchased from the same company, which I transplanted into a second pot on the same day as the Venus fly trap. Unlike the Venus fly trap, the sundew was perfectly healthy and green, but it too, died within a couple days of repotting. I contacted the seller and they graciously sent me two replacement plants. Currently, my new Venus fly trap and sundew plants are growing safely in their jars, but I'm dreading the day when it comes that I'll have to move them into new homes, because it's likely they won't make it, and they'll end up joining their predecessors in their earthy graves. 5/21/2022 Update: My replacement plants both died again after repotting. I give up on growing carnivorous plants, at least those from this brand. It seems they're too dependent on the special gel to grow, and without it, they die promptly afterwards, if the conditions aren't perfect.

VENUS FLY TRAP in Beautiful Carnivorous Potting Medium
Arrived in beautiful and healthy condition. I did make one mistake when I unboxed this plant, in that I immediately and instinctively opened the cork in the bottle, which I forgot that you are not supposed to do. I reached out to the seller right away, fortunately, who told me that it should be okay so long as I put the cork back in to seal the mini terrarium back up, but they will send me another plant if I end up with mold or any other issues as a result. This plant is having some condensation I notice, so fingers crossed but either way, the seller gave me great confidence in the product and that they stand behind their plants! RECOMMEND

This product can work, but there are things you need to know.
I've done my best to wait for the full cycle to be completed prior to leaving my review. I ordered two of these particular domes along with a nepenthe, and two sundews. This review is for the Venus Flytrap products in particular. Primary Issue: Venus Flytraps have very distinct behaviors -- one of which is that when a VFT will often bury itself deeper within its environment if under certain conditions. One of the domes was breached, two of the traps I was sent ended up burying themselves deeper into the gel solution, which appears to be a major flaw in the design for these. While the seller was great about replacing them without any hassle, these VTF domes seem to have ~30% failure rates. Note: The attached picture shows what I'm describing. The first time it happened I thought it was a fluke and the seller replaced it no problem, then it happened two more times. Once they grow to this size is where the real problem comes in. The transplant guides on Bloomify show someone yanking clusters out aggressively with a pair of tweezers and saying 'plant the ones that still have roots.' The problem is that the biogel they're using once the dome is breached molds within 72 hours. If any of the gel is left on any of the plant, the substance can and will mold -- resulting in the plant dying. The picture I've included separated into 5 different clusters, and about 15 smaller clippings. The gel itself is very difficult to get off -- I've transplanted three of the VTF domes in an attempt to save them after this happened -- Two of the failed domes survived completely, but after an invasive recovery operations, I was able to save both of them entirely. The last transplant I did (from the picture included), 3/5 of the clusters made it past five days, the other two died from the mold+biogel issue. From the clippings, 3/15 have begun growing additional clusters. All in all the project was successful, I've netted about 9 new traps and two of the entire clusters are continuing to expand after transplant. The overall price tag was ~$30. These products absolutely work, but they need additional documentation, video, instruction, and examples of what to do and not to do if you're going to be successful with them after 30 days. If you're planning on buying one as a gift, set the expectation that it's eye candy for 1-2 months, and that the actual transplanting is *NOT* for the faint of heart.

Great Customer Service
I just unboxed my little flytrap . It looks very healthy. And yes, it's teeny: that's the point! If I wanted a big one, I could have gotten that at my local nursery. The pictures clearly show its adorable teenyness. But that part is pretty much exactly what I expected. What I didn't expect was the level of customer service they give. My order was supposed to be delivered a few days ago. Well, it was delivered, all right -- but even the Postmaster can't figure out who it was delivered TO. Definitely to someone on the wrong side of town, though. (USPS, you had one job!) I'm trying to get some results filing forms with the USPS, but meanwhile, I contacted Bloomify to ask them to poke the USPS from their end, as frequently the shipper gets better results than the recipient when trying to track lost packages. Well, they did a lot better than that -- they sent me a whole new plant (by UPS this time!) even though it was no fault of theirs that my original one was mis-delievered to some random person who wasn't honest enough to give it back to the Post Office. That is service above and beyond. Once I move (I really don't want to haul any more plants than I already have, including an 8' ficus, halfway across the country!) you'd better believe I'll be ordering some more plants from these folks. Jewel orchids in particular come to mind.

I LOVE This Plant SO MUCH
This little plant brings serious JOY to my every day!! I got it to put in a gift exchange for Christmas but I love my AUDREY plant so much I couldn't give her away. It is amazing to be able visually SEE her growth every day. I am convinced she loves me talking to her and that helps her grow. Worried about transplanting her bc I love her so much and do not want her to die. She is the perfect size for the price and she has ZERO maintenance. HIGHLY recommend!!
