Purchased for my son who has IBS-C. This was bought as a replacement for IBGard due to it's not so great ingredients. My son says it works fantastic! He had me order another bottle, so it's a win!

I have a different brand of peppermint oil that must be more more concentrated because one little bead can do what two capsules of this can do. That being said, peppermint really does work for gas, upset stomach, digestion (and many other things).You can even break open the capsule and add it to a coffee/tea/coco if you want to enjoy the peppermint flavor and benefits at the same time. But it is nice to have the convenience of the capsules - especially for travel.As someone who travels internationally occasionally I am always sure to have peppermint with me. It has helped us and others traveling with us on more than one occasion. Rough roads, diesel fumes and long distances (causing motion issues and nausea) have been combated by doubters who were desperate enough to try anything. Different foods and pollution, etc - also been aided.

Super effective, helps with digestion as well as stomach pain. I’ve taken it after eating dinner and the peppermint definitely soothed the pain I felt. Great product!!

i’m glad i got these peppermint oil capsules. they arrived safely sealed, and the expiration date on the bottle was over 1.5 years away from when i received it. i like that these are made in the usa. i’ve taken these a few times and haven’t noticed any immediate good or bad effects. the capsules are on the large side, and i have a little difficulty swallowing them; so i open them and put it into milk with cocoa powder to make peppermint hot chocolate, which tastes perfect. these are currently listed for almost $36 for 60 capsules, which seems a bit expensive.

This peppermint supplement is supposed to aid digestion, reduce bloating and provide gas relief. I have had stomach issues my whole life and love that this supplement offers me digestion support without making any dietary changes. I feel less bloated and gassy after meals and feel that my system is processing my food more efficiently. These peppermint capsules are effective and I love the quality, as well as the natural ingredients.The capsules have a nice peppermint smell when you open the bottle, but they are odorless when you get them close to your nose. They do not have a flavor or aftertaste. They are easy to swallow and have not caused any side effects. I typically take them with a snack or a meal so I have not experienced any stomach upset. The recommended dose is 2 capsules 1-3 times per day. There are 60 capsules in the bottle so this is a 1-month supply (or 10 day supply if you take them with every meal). If you are looking for something to help you aid with digestion, I would recommend this quality supplement as something you should try. I am hoping that I can taper off to 2 capsules a day after a while to make this bottle more affordable.

These are super helpful for me with the current stomach issues I’m having. I take them once a day. It’s a capsule with white powder. It has a strong peppermint smell to it and has a peppermint taste as well. Make sure you take with plenty of water or you will be burping up peppermint all day. The capsule itself is a medium size capsule, not too small. It’s easy to take. I cannot speak about pain relief, but i know that it does ease my stomach issues when taken daily.

Lot information, manufacturing date (very recent) and expiry (in 2 years) and directions to use were all printed on the bottle. The bottle was sealed with some cotton to absorb any moisture.When you open the bottle, the smell of peppermint stands out. They are in capsule format and easy to swallow. I generally use peppermint tea when bloated. I started with 1 and it helped with my bloating.It is on an expensive side at $34.99 for 60 capsules, at the time of this review.
