Top Collection Ganesh Statue - Lord of Success Ganesha Hindu God Sculpture in Premium Cold Cast Bronze - 7.6-Inch Collectible New Age Figurine

The sculpture has lovely detail and I was happy to see that the picture is a perfect representation of what I received. The label on the bottom says it's from "Top Collection" which is the same collection that made my lovely Saraswati Statue. I've become a fan of this Top Collection company now. Here Ganesha stands on a lotus while using one foot to subdue the hungry little mouse who is trying to get to the bowl of sweets; symbolizing the innocent yet too desirous ego in each of us that we must lovingly subdue. His upper hands are both lowered with an Ax in one hand symbolizing how we must severe our worldly attatchments and the lotus of enlightenment in the other hand. His lower hands are raised up- one bestowing blessing and of course the Bowl of sweets in the other signifying among many things, the sweets of this world; prosperity. He holds the bowl of sweets away from the little hungry mouse. For To me the statue shows that Ganesha endows worldly and spiritual blessings and prosperity to those who sever their attachments to worldly things and control the egoic mind. I like this statue very much and get much inspiration from it.

I was choosing between this and another that was cheaper and didn’t have the lotus flower. I definitely should have gone with the less expensive one. Very cheaply made. It’s pretty and will serve my purpose but it is NOT worth the high price. Has no weight to it, up close it looks cheap.

Absolutely stunning detail, love love love the peaceful and smiling expression of this cute young Ganesha !size (about 7 inches) is perfect for an indoor temple altar or to bless you in your office/foyer to bless you before you leave your hometo take on the projects in your life .The statue is just enough heavy to stay put and solidly made. I don't thinks its actual metal-make , but does have a neat metallic finishto give a expensive look of a cast-metal statue. The jewelry on Ganapathi's torso, the instruments/weapons in hand and his attire are all authentic and pleasing. A definite buy if are worried about the quality.

The statue is beautiful. Exactly as described. Incredible craftsmanship and it is the perfect addition to my healing room. The shipping was perfect to maintain that none of the small pieces on the statue were broken. It comes inside a box that contains a styrofoam shape of the statue itself, so it is encased in this and does not move in the box at all. I have seen Amazon people handle boxes in person before at their warehouses, and this is important that this is packaged so well as it is. I will likely be buying more of these wonderful statues for my healing room!
