As Amazon checks order history, they will see I purchased a Jitterbug Phone. Amazon started problems right away. Someone put two stickers over the IMEI number. Luckily, I peeled the two stickers off and with a magnifying glass provided Lively with the IMEI number. Then I found the total package contained the Lively SIM card and all information, because lively doesn't permit other carriers on the Jitterbug. This order was made because I wasn't made aware that the Jitterbug would have everything needed to activate & use phone immediately, with a different #. When I contacted Lively, it was all downhill from there. Bottom line I didn't have to order this product and I've already cancelled my account with Lively because of negative/false feedback. I realize Amazon won't show this review but I'm sending it so Amazon is made aware of poor service by Amazon; taping over IMEI# and Lively because of totally poor service. Regards

It's electronic so I am not sure why they actually send a sim card but it worked fine I did the online activation
