Great for rolling out muscles away from home. Carry-on friendly. Works great to bring back circulation and provide a bit of muscle relief on long flights. NGL have brought it with me on challenging multiday hikes to stay in fighting shape for the days after long stretches of climbing. Worth the minimal weight it adds to my pack.
