Easy to clean and functional
My old set had pieces that came with my toaster oven and some I had purchased separately. They were quite old, stained and just would not clean up nicely anymore. So I spent a while searching for just the right type to replace them. This set fit the bill just right. They heat up nicely, very evenly for the most part and I love the look of cooper. They are also fairly easy to clean. I usually clean them in the dishwasher, so I’m glad they are the right size, not only for my toaster oven but my dishwasher as well. I often cook steaks or similar meats on them and any burnt pieces or gravy that comes off onto it, washes right off, whether cleaned by hand or in my dishwasher. They also store vey easily right with my toaster oven. They stack together very neatly which is a great convenience.

Love these truly nonstick, lightweight, small & thin pans!
I am a review reader before I purchase most products & most of the reviews were positive on these particular pots. So; I chose to purchase these & try them out. First hand after reading so many reviews I knew these pans would be thinner & smaller than the average pans & they are, but I bought them knowing that I’d only be cooking on these pots & pans for my husband & I most of the time & occasionally for my children. With that said if u have a larger family that u cook for then u will need to search foe the sizes on these pots & pans & be sure to purchase ones that are bigger & probably sturdier. I say this, bc these are thinner & lightweight ( which I have tennis elbow in my right arm & I can’t life heavier pans with one arm. So; I particularly love the lightweight of these pots & frying pans!) In closing my most favorite part about these pans that I’ve been cooking on 5-7 nights a week now since January 23, 2021is they really are NON-STICK!!! I included a photo of eggs I just prepared my husband & I wanted to experiment with the non-stick as they claim. So; for the first time since purchasing these I cooked eggs w/o spraying Pam/Olive oil on the frying pan first & THAT Scrambled Eggs PHOTO is proof that THIS particular brand & set does NOT stick!!! Amazing to me! Bc about 7 years ago, after watching a Dr. Oz episode on “Teflon” & how it sets of deadly chemicals through years of studies! The chemicals that Teflon is made out of reach very high temperatures while we cook & once those chemicals reach that high temperature Teflon then releases deadly chemicals that get into a person & animal’s skin! These deadly poisonous chemicals do get into every person’s or animal’s skin who’s around once they’re being released into the air. However; it’s according to each person & even animal whether or not it reacts deadly to them. Well that’s pretty obvious with anything in life right? But my hubs & I chose Not to continue taking that chance on us, our loved ones & animals & we chose to trash our “Teflon” pans. Dr. Oz had experts suggesting other pans that are better to cook with. Stainless steel, ceramic & copper are 3 that I particularly wrote down. I purchased stainless steel & it does hold up to years of cooking. My husband is from Louisiana so he makes gumbo often & his favorite giant pots to cook it in are the stainless steel ones that actually appear to have a lighter colored copper only on the bottom of our large stainless steel pots. He says it’s to keep the pot from getting too burned on the outside & it helps conduct the bottom of the pan on the food while he keeps his Gumbo on boil for so long. So; we kept the stainless steel u see in the photo with all our pots & pans, but I do Not like cooking eggs or delicate type frying foods on the stainless steel frying pans or on ceramic frying pans with the “non-stick” coating! Bc both kinds have always burned! Well the stainless steel just isn’t good for me to cook eggs on for sure! They stick no matter how much spray oils I use! & the ceramic ones are very pretty good about not sticking Only if I spray oils & stay right there flipping & moving w/e I’m cooking! In closing, these particular copper pans are thin & lightweight & yes you have to put them together which wasn’t hard. Just Be Sure to You the washer things included ( I think that’s what my husband called them or someone told me before that’s what ppl call them lol), but it’s the silver flat (Smooth) round object with a role in the middle. It Must be attached to the screw Before that bolt is screwed on & tightened. Bc that’s why many reviewers complained that their lids cracked or the handles wiggled or turned around. They didn’t add that important step using that extra flat smooth round object that is the go between from the screw & not 😉 but once u get these pots & pans & u know to expect these things before u open them then u will be pleased how well your foods are cooking on them! But the heavier Copper pan is no different for me to cook on than my ceramic pans! I know this, bc I purchased this very large and heavy duty copper frying pan from Marshall’s last week & I've seen this brand advertised & sold in other Big Brand stores between $30-$40 for this one large pan. I am very disappointed in how my foods cook on it & I have to spray oils on it, bc I actually did try cooking eggs on it last week without spraying oils & it was horrible 😅 it stuck so bad & my eggs no longer appeared to be eggs! So; just bc u will see copper pans on Amazon sold for triple the price of these copper ones I’m writing the review about doesn’t mean they are the better choice! I read many reviews on the higher prices copper pans before I saw the much better reviews on these & that’s the main reason I chose this particular brand on here to purchase! Just read reviews! Many many many of them & of course there will be some bad reviews on every single item on Amazon, but if the majority of the reviews are bad then I tend to believe the product is so great. However; if the majority of the reviews, like these particular copper pans, then I will purchase that product with the great reviews and test it out. I’ve bought mini things on Amazon and I have to say there are very few things I’ve had to return, because most of the time I purchased things do to other’s positive or negative helpful reviews! I hope my long review HELPS YOU Out! I also purchased this “brand” of copper pans oven baking pans & love the way they are truly nonstick & lightweight too

Looks good and cleans easy!
the flat cookie pan was warping a bit, i had to hold it down for a bit to keep it straight while its still warm. But other than that, i love the material. very easy to clean. muffins , cake was easy to remove too!

Pretty good so far
These pans are pretty great. They are as advertised, in that they are non-stick (can almost use them and not have to wash, that's how non-stick they are). Mainly writing this review and giving them 4 stars because I've only had/used them for about a week, and I've noticed some of the coating fading off of one corner on the square pan. Side note: I NEVER put these in the dishwasher and only wash them by hand). I wouldn't be surprised if the coating came off because of dishwasher use, but I can't blame it on that. Another thing is that they scratch pretty easily. I also NEVER use metal utensils with these, but it literally scratched from a WOODEN spoon, so.... the coating is pretty delicate and maybe not super high quality.

Great set of pans
I am thankful to find pans that free from toxins, easy to wash and great to bake with. Whenever I research things that are great for me and my husband to eat, cook with, wash dishes with or wash clothes or products to use on your body, I make sure that they are good for you. I like a lot of organic products. I looked at a lot of reviews; and these pans seemed get a lot of great feedback. I am thankful to of found them. Keep up the great work!

Love it!
I'm in awe of these forms. They are not big, which is very handy because I cook for two people. I have cooked several times, I grease the pans with oil and nothing burns, nothing sticks, the food bakes well. Very easy to clean.

Great product, does not stick, makes baking fun again!
The product arrived in quality packaging and performed exactly as described. So far my wife has tried baking muffins and cookies using the trays. The muffins popped right out while the cookies slid out effortlessly, both without the need of additional greasing. I hate wasting time cleaning and scraping pans, so for me this product is absolutely amazing. Great price point - I've ordered another unit as a gift for a friend.

Not actually copper, and what parts are "organic"?
Some things to know if you care about materials in your bakeware: this is not copper bakeware, it just has copper in the name and a copper colored coating (I knew this before I bought it, but was curious enough to try, and really needed new pans that I could afford). I was told it is carbon steel underneath, though the label doesn't say so. There is nothing on the packaging to back up the claim of it using "organic" or "FDA approved" materials for the coating. It has a lot of instructions about use and cleaning, making it not low maintenance. And I just don't know if I can believe any of the claims made, given that the label didn't give specifics. What is organic about the materials? What parts are FDA approved? The pans seem to work fine, but I don't appreciate the misleading name and the lack of details to back up all of the claims made about the pans.

pans are not full size and are poor quality
Bread pan and baking sheet are about 2/3 normal size. The quality is also poor - light weight. I returned them.
