I love this sauna! I don’t know if it’s because it’s a smaller space but I feel like I get a better sweat from this portable sauna than the sauna place I was going to. Setup was easy, heats up quickly, and stays between 136-140 degrees the whole time. Highly recommend!!

I'm not the type to sit in a sauna at the gym, around other people. I did, however, want a sauna. After searching and reading many reviews I settled on this beauty!Setup was a breeze...maybe 15-20 minutes. It would have been faster, but I was listening to music and chatting at the same time.What works best for me is to turn it on and then do my other workout. It takes about 35-40 minutes. By the time I'm finished the sauna has been waiting for me and ready to rock! I placed an old comforter over to keep the heat in. It keeps it between 136-140 degrees, which is perfect for me! I usually sit in it in for 20 minutes, or so. I also love the infrared light!I use this sauna daily. I have read you should not do that, but I'm fit and have experienced no ill effects. It is a great compliment to my workouts. I get a great cleanse and detox.This sauna rocks! My coworker bought one on my recommendation and he now swears by it, too!

Putting this together is very easy you really don’t need instructions for the frame or how to put the outside layer on, but there are zero instructions on how to directionally face the three inside panels missing one connection altogether for one of the three connections no further help online your guess is as good as mine

I couldn’t afford a sauna. I found this tent and I love it!
