I struggle with recurring UTI all the time...it's so frustrating and I will get them so often that the antibiotics they put me on have to be such high doses and for a longer amount of time than what a normal person would have to be on it. Usually, a person. With a UTI should feel relief after taking the first dose of antibiotics...with me, I would still have symptoms 3 days into the treatment. So, my doctor decided to put me on a low dose antibiotic that I take daily as a preventative. I was really scared that I will become so antibiotic resistant that I started looking for a more natural treatment. I read a lot of good things about this supplement for UTIs so I thought I'd give it a shot. First if all, this tub is huge the 2 lb jar will last forever!! I was first looking at the capsule form but I already have to take a lot of medications and supplements that I don't want to add anymore crap if I don't have to. So I went with the powder form. At first I was mixing it with some water and taking it that way. Then I realized it takes exactly like powdered sugar!!!!! Now I just take the dose and dump it directly in my mouth without mixing it with water. Then I just take andribk afterwards. Taking it in powder form is much more effective than in capsule. Now, as far as it's effectiveness goes, so far so good!!! I don't take it everyday ... Only if I feel like I have one coming on or I will take some before and after sex. Haven't had a UTI since I started taking this stuff!! I haven't even used any of the antibiotic my doctor put me on as a preventative!! It's amazing!! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a much safer and natural alternative to modern medicine!!

I purchased large 500 Gram jar and like others saw it was half full. Well I have accurate gram scale in fact very expensive one. Weighed product without scoop and preservative pack, it weighed 601 grams. Emptied container, container empty weighed 104 gram. So there was 497 grams of product which is 17.531 ounces. Container label says 17.6 ounces, 500 grams. So pretty accurate, did notice upon refilling it fluffed up about a half inch higher in container. Tap container several times and it settled back to shipping height. Hope this settles amount of product in container. It is an excellent product and great price. Love that it comes in jar container, some brands come in pouch and seal comes apart. Also there is a proper, proven way to take this product to be the most beneficial results. Will post in another review or question.

I have many health problems and had many surgeries, which I believe has contributed to me fighting recurring UTI for seriously SEVEN years!! Within this past year I’ve decided to stop antibiotics and take a natural route of healing. I have taken other D-Mannose powders on a daily basis, one dose in the morning and one dose before bed. And while on this routine I still ended up getting UTI symptoms again if I have too much sugar or caffeine! And when I say too much sugar, I mean if I dare to have so much as TWO cookies! Since I’ve started on the Nutricost D-Mannose powder, I feel like a normal person again! I can eat or drink whatever I want and I haven’t had any symptoms come back! I am so grateful that my struggles with UTI seem to be coming to an end! I’m still doing 2 doses a day, but I’m wondering now if I can cut back to one and save some money. Oh, and I don’t know if this may be helping with my results but I've recently been taking it by putting the powder straight into my mouth. Just tastes sweet. I love this brand and will definitely continue to buy! They seem to produce real quality! I’ve tried another supplement of theirs and also had amazing results where other brands fell short.

After googling how to naturally treat a UTI at home I read about this product. I started experiencing the familiar symptoms and thought I would give this a shot and hopefully avoid starting another round of antibiotics. I read how to use this supplement when experiencing an active UTI. I did two doses on the first day and by evening I was already feeling better. By day two I had zero symptoms. I also bought some UTI testing strips and literally they confirmed that my symptoms were definitely improving through out the day, and by day two they confirmed that everything was negative. I’m so glad I found this, it is definitely a game changer. I think that I will definitely continue to use this to help maintain my health.

It's the third time I've purchased this brand and it works very well. I purchased it for my mother several years ago and it helped her chronic bladder infections. I started having them myself and once I started using this daily, I haven't had another infection. To be clear, this isn't all I do. I also drink corn silk, hibiscus tea every morning and make sure I drink plenty of water. I was doing that and still getting breakthrough infections. Once I added Nutricost D-Mannose powder I haven't had another one. This is a definite rebuy for me.

This product is simply great! I purchased this D-Mannose powder twice now and it really helps maintain urinary health. It is the best value if you need to use it regularly. In my opinion, GNC capsule D-Mannose are way too expensive to use more than once. In my opinion, I use this powder to treat UTIs as I can catch it early enough. It tastes really sweet like powdered sugar. I keep some in my car in case I need it.
