Doesn't look like the photo at all! It's shiny black and the outside is not flat but has a bulge all around, it's also pretty thick. Also I only use it for the NFC function to unlock my front door, but because the ring has three chips in it, if the NFC chip on the other side it won't unlock and the only way to tell is by checking the side of the ring for some tiny inscription that tells you where the NFC is. They should have run the antenna all around the inside of the ring.
