I ORIGINALLY bought this cabinet for one hobby that turned into many unfinished hobbIES! I have cubes inside to organize and material that is folded to keep score of what I am NOT doing! The shelves are awesome, and the door shelf is great. I just have too many crafts... that I am unwilling to divorce.Or so I thought. About this time, 2024, I began to notice that the "c" part of the cabinet that holds the shelves was not sturdy. By the end of the year, I noticed that the shelve brackets were not straight rails but tapered at the end which lent to the .......I really didn't have any problem, even with that. My problem came when the door fell off of the cabinet. I see the twist screw connector is popping out of the home....I learn on the page that SAUDER has a 5 year warranty plan, Ecstasy! I can get some assistance by way of fixing it I thought. I was actually looking for a product fix. They have a 5 year warranty!!Oops, we know you told the truth about your purchase, but errum, we discontinued that model so you're cOl... no worse, you are a non-factor as a customer because we decided to upgrade your cabinet and scrooge everyone else with the old model!!!!^^^ was the conversation I had regarding said cabinet. In short, yes, we have warranty but not if the company decides on diversity within the furniture..... omg.... hahahahah my furniture went ****faint****I asked SAUDER just to help me fix my original issue.... since there is a warranty.... do...WOULD YOU BELIEVE THAT A FURNITURE COMPANY DOESN'T HAVE THE ABILITY TO BACK-WORK? REALLY? Sincerely!!!!!! how are you a furniture company and not have the crew to help me figure out how to stick a screw in the socket of a warped hole to keep the shelves and such on a door part? SAUDER? where's your R&D department? The dang part is reversible nowwwwwwwwwww I had the hetero cabinet "C".. now you offer diversity in this model!!!!!!!!in shorter longer breaths..... Facebook told me to call the service line and or the chat feature..... I DID THATTTTTTT..... why? Then, they ghosted my concerns (i think deleted????) on their comment sections. Ignoring is ghosting.If you want longevity in your purchases, beware and weary when it comes to Sauder. Customer Service, product, warranty and availability are null and void when your product gets UPGRADED!!!!!!!sheeshy why have a warranty if you ignore it with the secretary?

I really love my cabinet! It took me a few days to put together since I did most of it alone. You’ll likely need help turning it over as well as standing it up when you get to those steps. It went smoothly for the most part. If you try to do it all in one setting it might stress you out, but it’s easy if you just follow the instructions and really pay attention to the diagrams and check them off as you complete them, doing the work over a few days. Based on several bad reviews I was nervous but mine came with only 2-3 very small dings in the wood that you can barely notice and as for the uneven cabinet issue people mention… my cabinet doors are straight because I had someone hold the cabinet up and I also put a small piece of folded cardboard from the box up under it while the person was holding it in place as I screwed in each door hinge taking care to not over screw so the door would stay put where the door could easily open and close. If you over screw it, the door moves out of place and out of alignment.I did have to make a run to Lowes to get a drill bit and a drill. Using an electronic drill with the Phillips head really helped on most of the screws (on low power and not over doing it because you can destroy the screw top or strip the screw. I had to buy a replacement screw when I did that!) trying to use a basic screw driver was a very tough task that required more strength (maybe because I’m a woman, lol) but either way I chose to work smarter not harder so the electric route made everything go a lot smother and faster for sure. You’ll also need a hammer for at certain times as well.I’m very happy with the heaviness and overall quality of the cabinet and it looks more expensive than it is. Classy piece of furniture that works well in the living room, bedroom, basement or wherever you put it as long as it’s up against a wall. I got the dark cabinet and everyone who sees it just loves it and ask where I got it. The storage capacity and possibilities are truly endless! Your home can be more clean, organized and minimalist with this cabinet. I’m glad I ignored the bad reviews this time! Lol. 💯❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
