I have seen a lot of people complain about Smarty Pants, saying they have too much sugar, and yes, they are a bit too sweet, but it isn't in an amount that is going to cause any health risks in the future, and definitely not in a level to put you into a diabetic coma.. I have been trying many different types of multi-vitamins and dieting products to see which ones do and do not work, Here is something I noticed about Smarty Pants... After about 3 days of taking them, I feel more awake, and more energized. You know how you occasionally wake up in the morning and just feel GREAT, no coffee required, you don't feel jittery, you just feel like you can take on the world, this is what these do to me. When I gave these a second try, I had been taking Modafinil, which is a medication that peopel claim is a " smart drug" like from the movie "limitless" it isn't but it is used to treat narcolepsy and is therefore more like speed in a pill. I stopped taking it a few days before trying Smart Pants again, and this was going to cause issues, as stopping the medication would be like abruptly stopping coffee, or any other medication, increased drowsiness, irritability, sleeplessness, etc. However, day 3, I woke up and felt GREAT, I have also noticed my panic attacks to have reduced also, not gone, but reduced, I feel better in general. Other multivitamins have not had this effect on me. I don't know what it is that Smarty Pants is using to cause this, but I would love to find out. Anyway, highly recommended from me, a rocket scientist, with zero experience in biology and nutrition. That isn't true, I had to take a year of nutrition while attending Le Cordon Bleu, Portland, but I assure you, I slept through that class.

These gummies are the best I’ve ever bought. I just wish they weren’t as expensive as they are. I got the bottle with 180 gummies. I bought these on sale as it was an amazing value at that price. A serving of these is 6 a day, which did catch me off guard. They arrived in perfect condition as well. They taste extremely good and melt in your mouth as you chew. I didn’t experience any side effects such as stomach upset or indigestion. The ingredients look really good and I didn’t see any dyes. The gummies themselves smell fruity. As for the vitamin effect, I did feel they were potent enough to help with my slight vitamin deficiencies. They are tasty and were effective. I only gave it 4 stars because a bottle not on sale is usually around the $30 dollar mark. I’ve seen gummy supplements for half that price with around the same amount. So use this information however you want. Thank you!

I absolutely love these delicious gummi vitamins! Not only do they taste great, but they are also easy to chew and swallow. I take them three times a day and it's always a treat. The vitamins also have some fantastic features, including Omega-3 from sustainable sources, CoQ10 for cardiovascular health, vitamin B12 for energy metabolism, premium form D3 for strong bones and teeth, Lycopene for prostate health, vitamin C to fight cell damage, a mix of Beta-Carotene and Retinyl Palmitate for eye support, and Choline for liver function. The only minor complaints I have are that some flavors are better than others, and occasionally the gelatin may not dissolve properly, resulting in a bit of extra chew. Overall, I highly recommend these gummi vitamins to anyone looking for a tasty and nutritious supplement.

If you have trouble swallowing the big "adult" multivitamins, then you should really try this product. It's easy to chew, tastes great, and has all kinds of vitamins!

I got these for my husband. My teen is taking the teen version and really likes them, so I thought I would try these for my hubby. He won't consume any vitamins in a pill form so gummies are the way to go. It's a daily treat in 6 gummies, with absolutely amazing vitamins packed in those gummies! They thought of everything - iodine and selenium for thyroid health, COQ10 for maintaining health on the cellular level, vitamins of group B and Omegas are essential for human health. Vitamin D - 1600 UI - excellent! Everyone who is an office employee is deficient in Vitamin D. You'd have to spend the whole day outside to maintain healthy natural Vitamin D levels, so everyone should supplement, if you are inside a good amount of your day. Inositol - great for maintaining healthy sugar levels, although I agree with some previous reviewers that the added sugar content in these gummies could be reduced. But, like I said, my hubby has a sweet tooth and he considers these gummies as a treat. 10 out of 10.

These vitamins are fantastic! I just take a B-12 complex and a D3 along with them and my daily vitamin needs are much more complete! They smell good, taste good and best of all, they won’t make your stomach upset if you eat them on an empty stomach. (I tried this multiple times.) they kept my energy levels up and my sleep astounding. Definitely recommend these

Received a product which will expire on Oct 2020 -- only 4 months to go It is recommended that it should have least 10 months period left at least. The gummies are too dry and do not taste good.

Very poor bottle opening system. I have bought a bottle and the opening lid is simply not opening. It is so confusing.. I dont know how to open this now.

Ever since taking these vitamins I feel amazing. I'm a middle age man that works out daily. I honestly feel my strength and endurance levels have increased since starting this product. 3 in the morning. 3 before bed. And they taste amazing.
