Happy with the purchase, no issues so far. Always go for open box delivery. Only one problem I see is it consumes lot battery from mobile, so you need to recharge again and again.

I bought this DJI Osmo Mobile Gimbal for travel videos and reels, and the performance is excellent. The stabilization is very smooth, and videos look professional even while walking. It is lightweight, easy to carry, and the battery backup is also very good.

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Product & Poor After-Sales Service I am extremely disappointed with this DJI product. The product is not working properly and the firmware update keeps failing at 86% with an error. I have tried updating it on multiple devices, but the problem remains the same. The biggest issue is the after-sales service. The product is still within the 1-year warranty period, but it is extremely difficult to understand whom to contact for warranty support or how to get the product repaired/replaced. There seems to be very limited service support available across India. It feels like the product is easily sold in India, but when customers face a genuine problem, getting proper support becomes a major challenge. Overall, the product experience and after-sales service have been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend buying this product, especially considering the lack of proper warranty support and service accessibility in India.

Does the job quite well, for a beginner it is user friendly. Do not expect miracles.. you need to work on your shooting and editing skills to bring the best out of the product.

Good quality, great price, and great features if you don't need the extension. If you really need the selfie-stick extension, look at one of the other models, but this gimbal will handle a lot at arms length. I set it up for tracking me in presentations and the tracking worked really good. I ran into a little difficulty when using the gesture-activated modes, but that's because I talk with my hands a lot. If you are recording yourself, remember that when you enable gestures because it might pick up your hand movement and stop tracking at some point - and it's hard to tell if you are standing away from it. That's an issue with anything gesture-controlled though, so it's not so much a defect in my opinion. Build quality is good. Connected to my S25 easily and has more features than I've figured out how to use. Tracking was smooth and it's a good size for both packing or using. Clearly DJI leads in this space and a lot of thought has gone into it.

The device fell accidentally within the first month of use and the bottom housing detached. The camera and gimbal are intact. I would like to know if repair or replacement options are available under warranty or paid service.

This isn't my first gimbal but it is the easiest one I've had to set up. There's a computer and phone manufacturer that people love because they say "it just works". And that's how I feel about the DJI ecosystem! Right from the get-go you have direction from the DJI camera app on how to set up and use this gimbal. The magnetic connector makes it so easy to connect the phone to your gimbal. The multifunction tracking unit makes the DJI Osmo Mobile 7P a game changer, and an incredible joy to use! The multi-function tracking unit allows you to easily use this by yourself, and enables you to use any camera software! DJI mics easily pair with the tracking unit. I understand why so many solo creators choose DJI. 10 minutes after charging everything, I had everything connected and started shooting video on this new DJI setup. The tracking by the DJI multifunction tracking unit is magical! If you are trying to choose between the 7 and 7P, go the 7P! In addition to the tracking unit, the 7P has a rotational control for zooming and lighting, while the 7 has a simple slider. Definitely my favourite piece of kit!
