It's hard to find hardside luggage thats both attractive and durable as well as luggage that's constructed with both ABS & PC. -The color described as black/brown leans toward a gorgeous bronze with gold and brown undertones- nicely done but still neutral enough for anyone. -The design of the tie-down straps and compartmentalized cover inside allows you to keep everything separate. There is ample room inside and it's particularly helpful that the largest (28inch) size is expandable. Everything operates well so far and it appears to be a quality set, especially considering the price point...I could not have purchased a 3piece set in any retail store for the value of this one. -I haven't used the set to date, but I hope the durability is as exceptional as the attractiveness of this 3piece set.

I love it it’s so pretty and spacious, easy to handle , very sturdy . It came a few days late but other than that it’s amazing I got the white one and I love them as well as my daughter .

Very Nice set of suitcases!!! Love the color! I just received the luggage set and the shipping was so fast! I ordered on Tuesday and it got to me on Thursday by FedEx and it wasn’t prime. My trip is next Wednesday so I will update but impressed with the shipping when it was suppose to come on next Monday.

I decided to write a review on this luggage as I have had now for just a little over a year. The color is beautiful. I bought the luggage set to use on an international trip and I have used on a few local trips now. This luggage has not been used hard and the large and small bag have held up well. The medium bag is starting to have some trouble, as I’ve used it the most. The buckle on the inside that holds the cloths in place has come apart. My set is beautiful, but the medium bag has started to also have the zipper come away from the bag itself. The customer service for this issue has been very good about replacing my bag after the refund period was over with Amazon. They have been easy to work with and very accommodating by giving me a choice of refund or replacement. I have chosen a replacement, as I love this luggage set. The company has asked for pictures so they can improve on the issues with this set. Due to the ease of working with customer service and them standing behind their luggage I’ve given them five stars.

held up great through three countries so far. wheels glide easily, the handle feels firm, outer shell isnt too heavy. i dont really get the point of the combo lock as there is a reset pinhole right next to it but i still set a combo anyways. the handle on the side and the footies on the opposite side where perfect for storing it horizontally on busses. i also really love the inner zip pocket that is along the hinge on the inside of the case - i used this for small essential items i didnt want to have to dig around for. great cases for a great price.

Let me start by saying I am not a reviewer but felt compelled to warn everyone about not only the poor suitcases but also the bad customer service. I purchased the set of three and after the second use of the large suitcase we had not one but two separate and unrelated issues with it. The nylon zippered liner that completely encases and secures the one side of the suit case had completely separated from the zipper. We had not over packed or over stuffed by any means. It appeared that the zipper had been sewn too close to the edge of the nylon liner and had separated from the fabric. Problem number one. Same suitcase but bigger problem is that again, after only two uses, the zipper only zips one way. The bottom zipper would separate anytime it was zipped up to reach the TSA lock. We could zip the upper lock down to the bottom of the suitcase to keep the suitcase closed but that meant no TSA lock. Problem number two. After returning from our trip I emailed Coolife via Amazon and informed them of our issues. I noted that we were within the warranty period and specifically requested a replacement. Sent them the above pictures and videos. Their response? A $30 credit specifically for the liner and a YouTube video about the zipper. Yes, I asked for a waranty replacement and was sent a link to a YouTube video. I rolled my eyes and put the suitcase in the closet. Now here is where I take full ownership moving forward. It has been 3 years since I used the suitcases. Life has moved on. I forgot about our issue with the zipper. My teenage daughter packed for a trip to Italy and zipped things up and went on her way. We get to the airport and go to drop her off with her bag and open the back of the car and there is her suitcase. Split zipper and all. 3 hours before an international flight. We make do and zip it backwards and send her to Italy unlocked. The bag makes her there but 3 days in when she goes to pack up at her first destination to catch the train the bag will not zip either way. At this point our only choice is to send her to buy a suitcase in Italy. Buying iur budget Coolife suitcase really ended up costing us in the end. 0/5 stars. Would not recommend. Not doing this again…
