My husband uses this chair in his shop. It rolls smoothly over rough cement and the tile floor. My husband is 5'11', 300 pounds and the chair supports him well. He's sitting down there for hours designing projects and the chair is very comfortable for him. No tools for assembly either. He tells me the caters are very smooth and easy to roll around while he is sitting on the chair. Excellent.

I bought 2 chairs in December and the second one arrived in the packing with a broken caster. I like the chair so took a caster off another chair but I would like a replacement caster or need to know where to order it.

I had to return. I’m 4-9 height or so and with the chair all the way down I can’t reach the ground. Which sucks because now I have a brand new desk and no chair and it’s hard to find a nice chair like this that’s petite not bulky and comfortable. Otherwise very nice chair and disappointed to return. If you’re normal height you will like it it’s very a very nice chair.

This is the perfect height to fit the desk I built. Assembly was simple and quick. I would recommend this chair for anyone looking for a taller stool.It's been 41 days since I received this chair. My initial impression was it would hold up well. This morning the cylinder began failing. I've been using the chair at it's maximum height to align with my desk, now I'm sitting at the bottom of the chair height because every time I raise it up, it compresses back down. One of the reasons I purchased this chair was because of the weight rating. Even though it's rated at 400 lbs, which is more than I weigh, it's failing. So, bottom line, it isn't as sturdy as I originally thought and I cannot recommend the chair.

Wow for how much this chair cost, I had much higher expectations. We purchased this chair for daily use in our shop, we need to be mobile (hence the wheels) and we liked that it had a higher weight limit (though none of us come close to reaching it) and the rollerblade style wheels wouldn't beat up As soon as we set it up and tried it out, moving around with it, when we went to bend forward we could hear the base of the chair bending and cracking. The metal plates at the base of the seat only cover the center, not the sides or front of the seat itself, so any kind of movement will cause the seat to break. We will be returning this.

This chair works great in my garage. It's sturdy and comfortable and can be raised a bit higher than most chairs which makes it nice for taller workbenches.

It is comfortable enough to sit on for eight hours a day.
