Runewars Miniatures Game: Outland Scouts Exp. Pack

First off I got this for $21 (bought 2 copies) for the miniatures as I'm a collector. The tokens and terrain pieces are also very usable and good looking for Wargames and DnD alike. I've rebased all the miniatures to be in line with Age of Sigmar basing. The quality of the miniatures are good. They are a soft plastic so have some flex to them and a bit of warping from being in the box. I use a heat gun to warm the plastic and bend them back into place (I have to do this for a lot of manufacturers). I also really like the tokens, also will be using them for status effects in my RPG systems.

Great miniatures with lots of details and are very easy to assemble. One of the best miniatures on my collection!!

First off, I bought these for use in other games, I have no knowledge of the game runewars. These miniatures are very good for board game miniatures. They are not games workshop quality or anything, but completely got on the table with DND miniatures. Lots of repeats, but understandable. I had done issues with primer sticking to them, or rather acrylic paints sticking to the rattle can primer. Not sure if this is the miniatures or the paint tbh.

A friend bought me the Runewars base game for Christmas. I also play D&D and liked the general purpose minis - good detail, good variety, and good number for the prices. After playing the game a bit, I decided to get a game expansion for my partner. She has a killer MTG Elf Deck and I thought the Runewars: Latari Elf Army Expansion Pack would be a fun elf-themed addition to our game collection. This is a full army expansion, so you can substitute this army for one of the two armies in the base game and play. Comes with everything you need. The minis are detailed. You'll probably need a little super glue to build the minis. The minis are not fully constructed when they arrive. In theory, I believe this is to make painting the minis a little easier. In practice, its a little silly because they're mostly missing their heads and arms and it doesn't really make painting them any easier. Its not a real issue - just a sort of funny one.

I like the simple assembly of these pieces, just a little super glue and your set... if unhave the tools you can remove the mold lines but if you dont care you will be done in minutes.. ready to paint if thats your thing or ready to use... i use for rpg games like D&D

These are the best miniatures ever, they look terrifying and they are so incredibly simple to put together. The number of different paint jobs people have posted on the internet constanlty tempts me to buy more just so I can try them. out, these are easily in the top 5 miniatures in my collection.
