This is a game changer. I’ve never had gerd before. I had a situation wherein lots of pretty bad things happened for a long period of time that interrupted pretty much everything in my life. I have baseline anxiety with intermittent panic attacks anyway and am not super young - so the result seems to be severe gerd. Keep a couple of them in your pocketbook or in your men have in your car or your pants pocket because when that heartburn comes, it hurts this is very good relief and take it before you go to sleep as well. I like the mint ones and my husband likes the cherry. My dad calls these after dinner mints. We all agree these are the most effective “rescue” antacid on the market. They are a little odd and gross when you use them. You chew them up and it makes a foam in your mouth that you swallow. It’s instant relief that lasts a long time.
