Love this. I have made a quick dip for dumplings 1:1 rice vinegar and soy sauce then as much chili flakes as desired. I have sprinkled the flakes on pizza and scrambled eggs. Good amount of quality chili flakes for the price.

We used this to make a Korean-style radish salad. It was fresh and gave the recipe an authentic flavor.

This is a nice red pepper spice that you can use to add as little or as much heat as you would like to you foods. It has a distinctive flavor profile. I have used it in both hot and cold dishes and it works well with both. I live in a rural area so being able order it through Amazon is a plus for me.

If you are looking for a pepper to add a punch of flavor without overwhelming heat, then look no further. It's almost like paprika mixed with a pinch of cayenne.

I've only used this a time or two, but it is very tasty. I like the tang of it along with the heat. I don't find it too hot and of course all hot peppers have different flavors and the different seasonings in this make it tasty with a tang that I like.

Great flavor, not too spicy. We use it generously on chicken and veggies, not just Asian/Korean dishes. Highly recommend!
