So, I've bought this moon and every time I leave it on for a couple hours it will inevitably fall. Does this happen to other people, or only to me?

We bought ours 4 months ago, and it’s been constantly on ever since. It’s never fallen off unless the power was interrupted, or the table was knocked too hard.

Can I turn on the moon when it is on my hands? or it just turn it on when is levitating, thank you

The moon uses electric induction to power its light, which means it has to be in close proximity to the base. If the moon is too far away from the base, it will not light up so you cannot carry it around and have it light up.

Power cut. Will it fall and smash?

No it’s made of 3D printed plastic it won’t smash. When power goes out it will magnetically attach to the base so it won’t even roll away
