Great, versatile bands that we use in our gym. Really thick and give good resistance when using them, they don't her your hands or skin. Good value for the money.

As a disabled person these make it easy for me to strengthen my muscles and stretch myself. There is a variety to where they are not for me to helpful and beyond. For some exercises you can even double them because of their length. I am amazed at the variety of ways I can exercise while sitting on my bed. They are well made and should last a long time. Great buy!

These are very useful for stretch exercising. Value was great. Gave as a gift to elderly. These bands can be used by a range of people. a 15 pound weight is always 15 pounds. Bands slowly tense as the person can hold the tension. Thus, each band can simulate the use of a light and heavier tension by the same user. Excellent YouTube vids on how to use stretch bands. If you drop one of these - no problem. If you drop a 15 pound weight. I use bands before and after weights for the stretch. Easy use: tension the band, hold the tension for a few seconds and slowly go back to the start. Some of these are easy to stretch; others are much more difficult. Watch the vids use the bands and you can build muscle not unlike using a cable machine at a gym.

I bought this set mainly to get the band covers. I appreciate having another set of bands to work with but they arr stinky right out of the package.

I bought these because they were resistance bands (duh) which I wanted for some light strength training and stretching in between gym days. They came with a simple drawstring storage bag which is nice. The package calls them "pull up assist bands". Compared to the usual stretchy cords at the gym, these provide a wide range of resistance - and the largest green one is extremely stout. I'm using them as resistance bands for plyometric and strength training, (not for pullup assist) and they work awesome For context I'm 6'1 and about 170lbs. I lift weights and work in construction and run regularly, and typically bench press about 10x140lbs. I'm not a power lifter but I'm a reasonably strong capable guy. These provide all the resistance I need and more to do any exercise right up to failure. With the heavy green one looped behind my back, I can just barely extend both my arms in a pressing motion. The thinner bands are quite a bit lighter - maybe more like a 10 or 15 or 20 lb weight for lateral raises and things like that. It's a nice range from light right up to pretty heavy. I'm still getting used to them and figuring out exactly what combination is right for my routine - but overall I'm very happy with what I got for the money. These are not a yoga accessory - they are for strength training. It's not unique to this product exactly, but I'm also liking how bands complement my usual workout. They can add resistance to excercises that are hard to do with weights. Things like lateral abductions, weighted pushups, and seated rows are super easy to do now and the bands are light enough and small enough to stash in a drawer. 5 stars.

These resistance bands are good quality, the packaging is nice and professional, it’s neat to unwrap and the bands are durable. I’m happy I bought this one specifically because is has basically every level of resistance you can ask for, from a slight pull to max tension. Even in the fully stretched position I don’t fear of these breaking. If you’re looking at it you should get it.

I left my resistance pants. They have kept me in shape and they don’t wear. They still seem brand new since they I got them and I use them every other day they save money and going to the gym and using weight machines which probably injured the body resistance are safer to use for the body less impact, but definitely up your body and build a muscle. Thank you for providing me with a good quality resistance band for my workouts.

Simply fantastic resistance bands!!! The quality, the colours, and even the packaging are all five-star. They are better than another set I own that cost twice as much. Honestly, I find any rating lower than five stars hard to believe. Highly recommended!

The resistance bands came in a medium quality drawstring bag. They were each individually wrapped in a plastic bag and each had their own color coordinated rubber bands to hold them together. I really love how wide the range of resistance is, allowing you to choose what strength is best for the exercise you wish to complete. Using these resistance bands help you to achieve a similar result as a cable machine at the gym (as long as you have a mounting point). They are super easy to setup and take down which makes them a favorite for my home workouts. Each of the bands are color coded and have different thickness making the different strengths easily recognizable in a hurry. I believe that this set of resistance bands are the best for the price range in terms of quality and strength. The only problems that I have with them are that when you open the individual wrapping, the bands smell strong of rubber/plastic and are very dusty, after using many times, the smell and the dust do eventually go away.
