Great supplement. Helps with sleep and the go in the AM.

I’ve been taking this magnesium citrate consistently and it definitely keeps me regular without being harsh. It works predictably and doesn’t cause cramping or discomfort like some other products I’ve tried. One thing I really appreciate is that I only have to take one capsule to get results. That makes it easy to stay consistent without feeling like I’m taking a handful of pills. It’s also easy to swallow and doesn’t upset my stomach. I take it in the evening and have noticed it helps me feel a little more relaxed before bed as well. Overall, it’s a simple, effective supplement that does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I’ll continue repurchasing.

Update after first bottle: Very disappointed as I was given a code for a free bottle that does not work on amazon so I was told that I would be sent a bottle directly from supplier but have not been. I tried to re-contact the person and was told I have the wrong number? So wouldn’t try the “free bottle” gimmick. Despite the above annoyance, I find this really impacts my sleep and mood; I am in a more stable mood and sleep more soundly/less movement when I take this. Personally, it does not seem to decrease my migraines (which was why I set out to try it initially) although I do like the unexpected benefits. —————— Initial review ... I’m a pharmacist and generally tend to stay away from more expensive, fancy supplements, as many times the simple components (in this case magnesium citrate and magnesium oxide) could be purchased much cheaper. However, I suffer from headaches/migraines a few days every month and wanted to try a different magnesium supplement than I previously had and gave this a go based on positive reviews. The capsules are relatively large but tasteless and go down easily. Personally, I do have to take it with food or else it upsets my stomach. After about 15 days now, I can say no headaches so far. But what really impressed me is how superior my sleep quality has been since taking this and also my nail strength/growth (two positive effects I had not set out looking for). I would definitely recommend this product and I will continue to take myself as well.

I have a great deal of trouble with constipation on Keto. Magnesium glycinate didn't help at all, but this product fixed me right up. Highly recommend.

I have been using for a few months to help achieve regular gentle bowel movements. I’ve found it to be very effective. I could go a few days without a movement but with this I go almost every day. I have tried magnesium citrate 250mg and it helped with sleep but didn’t consistently relieve constipation. I also tried magnesium oxide and that also wasn’t working consistently. I found this combo and am very happy with it. I only take 1 capsule about an hour before bed. As an added benefit it helps me relax and fall asleep without melatonin, which I used to take .5-1 mg each night. Highly recommend to try if you’ve done everything else to help with constipation.
