Christmas gift for my wife, she loves it. Perfect tea mug!

I was planning to get a temp control mug for a while.. and finally pull the triggered last weekend. Since it arrived, I did a few different drinks to test it out and I def fell in love this mug. the price was lowered than some of the competition but the features are included. it holds the coffee/milk quite hot and I would never have a cold coffee 20-30 mins after they are made. Pros: - Ready to use, packaging was easy. - Straightforward to use. - love the vol it could hold and love it has a lid. - the design is sleek, the finish/touch is top notch - love it comes with USB-C charger, so I could share the charger with other devices. CONS: - battery life is decent, but I wish it could go slightly longer.

I purchased this mug and it would just turn off for no apparent reason. Now it seems to be completely dead. Unfortunately I did not keep the box or anything so doubtful I can do anything with it but throw in the garbage!

The cup is okay. But the lid is not well fitted so it dribbles when you take a sip. The heating is good, but it can be a bit temperamental when you are trying to get it to heat. The app works well but disconnect and then you r cup will stop heating. I suggest they get a better fitting lid and a 14-16 ox so when making a 12 oz coffe you have room for cream. It’s a poor copy from the more expensive cups

I LOVE this mug. I have an ember, and it does exactly the same thing for like 1/3 of the price. It is just plastic and it doesn't feel as "luxury" as my ember mug, but honestly, it works just as well and you don't need to use the app if you don't want to. I love this thing and I will be giving it to all my coffee-loving family members for Christmas.
