Nice little tool for bar or kitchen to use with citrus to make Currys for garnish in drinks or to use in desserts or other dishes. Handy, sharp, and inexpensive.

The deep "V" shaped cut this makes when used on citrus fruits is excellent for bar garnish twists. Garnish cut with this doesn't break easily when expressed and has more pith on the back side compared to those made with a combo channel knife/zester.The rectangular cut version of this is better IMO, but costs more and ships from France, so probably not worth the cost/wait for most.

Takes a little practice but the channel knife makes nice twists for my cocktail. Easy to clean and fits nice in my hand.
