Superb Quality and very easy to use! I love it!
We recently purchased and installed Lazo Ramen machine at our Storage Warehouse, and it has become a huge hit among our teams and crews! It’s very well made with a sleek and attractive design and user-friendly functions. Ramen is cooked perfectly each time and everyone has great time making ramyun from the machine I can easily take it with me when I travel to the beach vacations or camping trips! I am very happy with this machine and Highly Recommend it! I also find it’s best to use cooking bowls from the same company.

Breaks frequently
We have purchased several of these machines and they are very unreliable for commercial use. They break frequently, and have error codes consistently. Although the company would fix and replace the machines over time, it takes weeks and months for the replacement to occur. I would not recommend.
