A really great system for the price, images are very clear and detailed and most important it was easy to set up.

This is a pretty solid system. The cameras are really nice. I mean they are only 3mp so don't expect some really high quality picture and video. Make sure the supplied 60ft (maybe 50?)cables are going to be enough,if not, buy extra. I appreciate the supplied mouse but I needed wireless. I purchased one of those Bluetooth trackpad/keyboard with backlight....it works but constantly registers a key press even if you don't touch it. Same thing happens with any wireless keyboard. I ended up buying a trackball Logitech mouse and this works fine with the onscreen keyboard. You don't need to type much anyway. For the most part the night vision works really well. The infared light attracts just as much bugs as a standard multi ir camera. I found fine tuning it in the PTZ option can give you the best clarity. There is documentation supplied with the camera on how to change these settings. Yes the white flashing light can be turned off. I can't say much about the quality of motion detection because I have it set to continuously record. However there is an option in playback called smart playback that basically jumps the recording to where motion was detected. It's really nice not to have to click through hours of video to see if anything happened. On the playback bar are green little tick marks that indicate there was motion there. The app called annkevision is great. I am able to view my live feed from work and playback as well. Don't remember the difficulty of setting it up. I believe there was a QR code you had to have your phone read and it pretty much syncs up with your system. If you're the least bit tech savvy, you should have no trouble. With that, I'm overall really pleased with it. It gives me an extra piece of mind knowing I can watch over my family and belongings. Pair this with a security system and your choice of in home self defense and keep your family safe. Godbless

Most would give a negative about not having a HD already installed but in my case I got to choose and went with type they recommend in the size HD I wanted and (with the power off) the rest was plug and play after sign-in and phone setup( not hard at all actual) and has a option for a app download for win10 and same thing just sign in! Being my needed of this system it has been a blessing with with two ip cameras ( one is 360°) with sound and my phone app that allows me to see it when ever; to that I say: Anneke in my book is the best!

Seems to be of quality material on cameras and accessories. 2 mp on cameras but you can make out faces as long as you position camera to do so. Makes out license plate at 20’ for me. Setup guide was ok but showed but did not show screens that was on NVR. Had it working in less than hour. I’m familiar with Software , networking and electrical. If lack in those areas you might have problems installing. I’m happy with it so far.

If you are a computer and handy person this is for you no problem. But if you don't you have to pay extra to install. Also if is not what you expect, you can't return the unit. It tells you that this unit hazard and it can be ship back and to throw away? I will never buy from Sannce again i will give this product a chance but i'm pretty sure i can kiss my 180 good bye. Be ware.

What I liked is the picture quality, the ease of installing the hard drive, and ease of set up. I'm coming from using a 3 year old Sannce 900tvl system. The wide angle view is great, not as much depth as the bullet style but not too much of a difference. I used a 4TB WD purple 3.5" hard drive that was pretty simple to install. This particular model does NOT come with a hard drive. The night vision is more of a 4.5 out of 5, it's not terrible for what you get, it's pretty good for the price. I've been satisfied with Annke products for the past 7 years when I've ordered a laptop battery from them. They are a great company that has great products. I'm glad to see them become iij ng main stream in stores.

Easy setup good quality pictures,only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is it wasnt free lol ,i would and have bought it again

The HDMI output failed after 7 weeks of installation. I contacted [email protected] to let them know that they needed to honor the 1 year warranty advertised in the Amazon web description, they wanted a video and here is the video to prove my statements. Finally I received a replacement DVR, but it also arrived effective (See my video). Now the HDMI port is working but there is not image from my cameras which is even worse than before.I am totally disappointed installing ANNKE products And I totally suggest not to buy any of their products at all cost. ANNKE support told me that in order this system to work properly I would need to use their power supply in their premade BNC cables provided in the package. I want you to be the Judge and look at the video that I have uploaded. DO NOT WAIST Your Time in money. Check the video that I have just uploaded you will understand better what I’m talking about. I set up a cheaper camera a few years ago and it is so clunky. Don't really trust it. This was easy to get going and a nice interface. I can't comment yet on how many years this will last but am optimistic. Seems good so far.
