I have the large can and don't have it with me, but I believe the 1.2 oz packet makes 1 1/2 to 2 cups. Lynda

Q: Do you just add water to this ?

Add 3/4 cup cold water. 1/4 cup of red wine and half small can of tomato paste for the best brown gravy ever!

Q: how do I use your turkey gravy mix with my pan drippings?

You can reduce the water proportionately. Add mix directly to slightly cooled drippings, blend well, and - if needed - add a little water at a time as it thickens.
