This remote works well, and it is priced perfectly. The navigation buttons work like they are supposed to. The last replacement remote we bought did not last very long. The navigation buttons that control side to side and up and down movement on the screen wore out.

I’ve bought a few of these remotes and this one is the best one for a Samsung TV. Easy to program and stay’s programmed. The buttons are great in quality.

Mostly works, but looses connection to tv when off and has to be re=paired also it doesn't navigate my Smart Hub to all the Apps I have loaded on my TV, although that may be a problem with my TV. It does work with Alexa voice navigation, but it takes a while every time I turn on the TV to load Alexa, but again, that might be my TV.

The one on the left is the new one just ordered. The one on the right is the original remote that came with the Samsung TV. The one in the middle is what I ordered about a year ago. So the original remote started to not function properly and several buttons would work after pressing them several times. So I purchased the one in the middle. This one required pressing the play button and return button at the same time to sync with the tv. I had to sync the remote several times at random but synced fast. Just recently this remote started not functioning properly, just like the original remote. The up, left, right, volume buttons would require pressing repeatedly to get a response from them. This new remote works like a dream. I didn’t need to sync this remote. Put batteries in it and worked right away. I love having the numbers. It feels very light, lighter than the similar remote for my other Samsung tv. I would definitely recommend this remote even if your original remote works.

Easy to set up, you don’t have to search through a list of codes. My kid managed to reset the remote and all I had to do was memorize the two programming buttons for my tv brand. Backing doesn’t latch great but that is its only flaw. Would and probably will order again.

Works good except the arrow button is VERY sensitive. The weight of the remote denotes the quality. I’m glad I ordered a cover sleeve for it!

I purchased this TV remote from Amazon for Rs. 2,000 on 3rd August 2023, and now I am extremely disappointed. The battery compartment is corroded and damaged, rendering the remote completely unusable even though it's only not even a year old. It’s clear that no proper quality check was done. I’ve attached a photo to show the extent of the damage. This experience has been very frustrating, and I am now seeking a refund or replacement. I would not recommend this product based on my experience

It’s smaller and neater than the one it replaces. It works all I need it to work. The buttons are clearly marked. It was reasonably priced. Much cheaper than an exact replacement. I’m happy with my purchase.
