Well protected and thoughtfully put in the box for shipping. Arrived when it was predicted. I was however disappointed that I received all green plants and the photo when I purchased them showed a red. My dish garden will be all greens. In a red and grey pot. :(

Echeveria:Three of them arrived in a decent condition, considering the heat in the transition. However, one of them was very weak and misshapen. And when I tried to report it later, most of the leaves just fell off, and also revealed quite a bit of rotten leaves underneath. It felt too wet for a succulent. Maybe it was shipped out right after being watered?Haworthia:All four were in a very good shape considering the heat in the transition. I like them all. Good purchase!

They arrived in perfect condition. Each one was different than the other. I'm extremely happy with them. This is my 3rd purchase of succulents from this company and I would happily purchase them again.

The succulents are just okay, not beautiful, just okay. As you can see the edges of the plant have been handled too much and it is not good quality. They were packed well and protected for shipping. However, I was disappointed to find one of the plants was DAMAGED with two sections missing/ripped off and then placed on top of the plant PRIOR TO BEING wrapped up and SHIPPED. Not cool. It was not damaged during shipping. They should have replaced it with a perfect succulent before shipping for the price I paid. I will be requesting a replacement and/or a refund for the damaged plant. The other three succulents are only. No damage, but not worth $5.00 a piece in my opinion. I will go to the nursery next time and pay half that for these. Sorry, cannot recommend.

Quality was not that great. The plants were dry.

I have ordered several plants from different sellers on Amazon. I can certainly tell the difference in Costa Farms compared to others. For sutarters their packaging is excellent. Nothing spills out and plants are well cared for. I trust Costa Farms to send a gift directly to a friend or family member. I just sprayed with water and set them near a window where they will remain for a week or so before transferring in their new home!! My only complaint is that there is no way to contact them directly.

As I opened this package I thought "Wow, they really wrapped these!" The plants were not damaged, but were all pressed flat Much to my surprise 30 minutes later they began to perk up like they were stretching after a nap.
