Isn't $21.99/32 oz = $0.68/oz  not $0.46/oz.?

CHRIS is RIGHT! The price is $0.68 cents per ounce! NOT 46 cents!!! Always check the price by dividing the dollar amount by the weight. Approximately 95% of the prices listed on Amazon are wrong and listed as almost twice as low as they actually are. Amazon expects you to simply take their listed price as truth. Check and do your due diligence and comment to get Amazon to stop lying.  Amazon will only change if you call them on the carpet. Call their bluff folks. Your future is your response-abiiity.

Question 2

Did you recently change formula for this fiber? It used to be a finer grain but emulsified in water now it's a coarse texture  and does not thicken.

My recent experience differs. The last bag I received was way too powdery. Like powdered sugar. I use it as a daily fiber drink mixed w water, and the new batch just clumps up. The old batches were more coarse which is my preference. Guess I'll have to look for a different source.

Can i get a full answer as to what ingredients and in what amounts are causing you to post the chemical warning?

Thank you for your interest in Healthworks. Healthworks Psyllium Husk Powder is raw and does not have any added ingredients. The warning is Cal Prop 65 is California’s Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986. Companies are required to place a warning label on any product they sell within California if it exceeds the level that the State has established as risk free for a list of over eight hundred chemicals. These standards are specific to the state of California. The lead standard in California is more stringent than what is required at the U.S. Federal level, and by other governments including Canada and the European Union. My bread turned purple.  Why?

This product HAS changed in the past 6 months.  I've had it on subscription for a long time because the original was great for making keto bread since it didn't turn it purple.

Several months ago the packaging changed ... the bag was narrower and the product was darker.  Anything baked with it turned purple.

I'll keep using it until I find another alternative.
