Check the model number you receive before doing anything.
Great product, but I was not shipped the one advertised. I worked with the seller and decided to keep the unit I was shipped. I recommend checking the model number of the unit you receive on the web before ever firing it up. In my case, I got the 285V CPU. I decided to keep the unit because the battery life was better than the unit with the 255H CPU, although technically a tad slower. Without benchmarks, I don't think the average person could tell. I did run 15+ hours of STREAMING VIDEO on battery and I was impressed. The LG units have all the latest specs, WIFI 7, Bluetooth 5.4, USB4 Thunderbolt USB-C, plus two USB A 3.2 gen 2, and HDMI. Look for deals as they can be had. This seller communicated well with me through Amazon and all options were offered to me. The seller has conditions and you need to ask for an RMA if you want to return an item. I recommend following them to the letter if you have an issue. I did, but gave the unit a test drive and decided it was a better fit for me. I believe both Seller and buyer are satisfied.

A great light weight 17" laptop!
I never purchased an LG Gram laptop before. My brother is a strong believer of it. When I saw the good price on Amazon, I got one. The laptop is truly light weight and the 17" touch screen is lovely. This is my first computer/monitor with the touch screen capability. I found myself trying to use the mouse or trackpad to navigate. Then I realized I could jus touch the screen. Soon I realized that my finger was not as precise as the mouse. So I got a passive stylus pen and that worked well. I loved that the laptop which came with 2TB of SSD storage, although it was in the form of two 1TB SSDs. That actually worked to my needs. When I process photos, the second SSD can be used as the staging drive for the photo processing.

LG gram 17-inch laptop
Great computer. Lightweight, really needed the larger screen. Like having the older input for headphones available. good battery life. The tough screen comes in very handy to quickly enlarge the content when needed, even when remote viewing my work desktop.

Dependable, lightweight, and fast (so far)
Lightweight, fast, and no problems in the first few weeks. My previous LG Gram is still going strong after 4 years, so I hope this one will do so as well.
