The seller did an excellent job packing each piece down to each package of screws needed to assemble the bunk beds. As you can see I ordered two bunk beds. The seller was attentive and made sure I intended on ordering two bunkbeds. The product is well made! Very sturdy and instructions are easy to follow. The product is heavy! We unpacked it outside and brought each piece into the house. It helps to look at each piece and sort them down you can easily find and account for them. The bolts are packaged well and exact number is sent, so no wondering if you forgot a bolt! Mahalo! We recommend this! Our grandchildren 3yrs, 5 Yrs and 8yrs enjoyed helping us put this together.

This bunk bed is well made, sturdy, and easy to assemble. The only negative thing, and I don't think its a big deal for my needs, but you can't take these bunk beds apart to have 2 separate beds, its just a straight up bunk bed only. The price was great too. I would recommend it :-)

I’m super impressed with this product when it came I did find that I was missing some screws but customer service was so easy to work with. They sent me the part less than five days from my notification. I would absolutely buy this again if I needed to for another room, it was easy to put together. The instructions were clear beautiful bed.

I give this product four stars because, while it is very sturdy, I don't know if it's because screws are missing but when on the top bunk it wobbles and squeaks every chance it gets when you move even the tiniest bit. Now im not saying it wasn't worth it im just saying this is what's happening to me.!

Bought these bunk beds for my cottage. They were easy to assemble, look amazing in the bedroom and fit the space so well. For the price of these frames I am very impressed at how much wight they hold, they are so sturdy and can fit several adults comfortably.

This is the most horrendously squeaky bed. Ive tightened everything, ive wd40'd every part. Every tiny movement screeches the metal so loudly, its unbearable to even sleep in. Its so poorly designed, every movement the top sleeper makes feels like an earthquake for the sleeper underneath. Its absolutely not even worth how cheap it is.
