Catrice HD Liquid Coverage Foundation Make-Up

This foundation is really nice! My skin leans towards the oily side, but this foundation works well with my skin type. Goes on easily and blends out very well.

I am a foundation product junkie! I have tried almost everything out there... just looking for the next best thing, as close to perfection as I can get. I have one Holy Grail of foundation, Milani Concealer and foundation 2 in 1, color 03- light beige, that is the best I have found, yet I'm always trying something new. This product was my latest, and while I still prefer Milani, I have to say I will keep this in the mix, and start to play around with it. For starters, I tried this under my absolute standard base moisturizer (that is so good I no longer search for a backup - Elizabeth Arden First defense) on a day when I wasn't feeling so great (southern seasonal allergies). The makeup went on easy with the First defense as a base, but I can see where the dry comments come from, as without FD, it would have been dry and un-spreadable on me. I applied one coat, and then touched up around my nose area, where my sinus issues show up the most. Everything covered well, and felt very natural, and it looked way more natural than my usual foundation- not quite as "made up" as I'm use to (most days I want red carpet foundation, its just who I am- and I have very good skin to start with- just extra pale as I wear sunscreen daily and my face doesn't match my body, ugg). What I really noticed is that even with all my sneezing and blowing, there was VERY little transfer on the tissue. With my usual, I would have left a large smear, not with this though, It held up well. As for going forward, I'm going to try and use this (035 Natural) over a light coat of Milani and see if that helps matte that some, and provides the long wear it did when used alone. Milani gets a little slick on me with my base, and needs alot of powder, but the results are flawless. Maybe between the 2, I will have perfection. Worth trying if you like long wear and a natural finish.

Love this foundation I was a die hard the ordinary serum foundation lover and unfortunately it was discontinued so I began the search for another favorite I bought several and either returned or tossed several until I found this one, it’s not as serum consistency as I would like but the coverage is great, it makes my skin look flawless and lasts all day pretty much all day. Best description of the feel and consistency along with coverage would be similar to Becca’s ultimate 24 hr foundation which I also happen to own, but I do like it at least until I find something as lightweight and breathable with coverage as the ordinary’s serum foundation. I did would like to add that although it maybe a bit thicker than expected it does not feel cakey or heavy.

Ok I’ve tried a lot of different foundations including a lot of high end brands. I suffer from hormonal acne from an IUD and have struggled finding a foundation that covered my skin troubles without looking cakey or adding to my skin issues. I’ve tried It! Cosmetics your skin but better, tarte face tape, maybelline fit me and many more. All of those are far more expensive than this, but I saw the reviews and thought why not if I don’t like it, it was only $6 (thanks prime day). You guys....this makeup will cover anything! It’s a dropper so you can add as much or as little as you want to make your coverage sheer to full. This makeup also will last through anything! I wore this to a carnival in 100 degree heat and I was melting! But my makeup made it through the ENTIRE day! Also...it seems to be helping my skin. It looks the best it ever has and I just still can’t believe I found this foundation from reading reviews! Please buy this you won’t regret it! (And if for some reason it doesn’t work for you like me...it’s super affordable!)
