Very lightly sweetened -but would love for them to lower the sugar from 5g to maybe 3g per serving if they could. Also, the texture of this cereal is lovely and hearty. I eat this cereal with Fairlife whole milk or Lactaid protein milk and it's great. The taste is good and I will buy more. Would recommend.

Best Oatmeal Ever
The best instant oat meal ever. That is if Amazon could ever deliver it. Can't tell how many times I have ordered it and they say in-stock and then they say coming for several days after it was due. Nothing. Get at my local store now. No delays.
