I had a problem with my cat peeing in the corner of my couch. Since I’ve used this he hasn’t gone near my couch at all. The stain and smell is all gone too. I was skeptical about the price because I saw something cheaper but I’m glad I bought this instead.

This product really works on stains of urine both on a sofa and bed.It doesn't have a strong smell so at the end you will not have any problem after usage.Once you spray just wait that will dry and it's done!If you have a dog that sleep with you i really suggest to buy one and keep it at home!5 stars well deserved!
How to use: 1.Apply the solution to the dirt area. For carpeting, treat twice the amount of dirt, and make sure that the spray fluid reaches the carpet filling and backing fabric. 2. Leave it for about 5 minutes and wait for the enzymes and probacteria to break down organic protein. Then wipe off excess water with a cloth or paper towel. 3.Let the treated area air dry. It may take 1-2 days to dry completely, but the remaining odor will disappear after drying. * If the area of the treatment is completely dry but still still still smelly, you may find that the deodorizer has not reached the original odor If this happens, please try to process it again. In that case, use enough amount to allow the spray fluid to penetrate into the dirt. Machine washable: spray on the dirty area and leave it for at least 5 minutes before machine washing

If you are not worried about the color fading, please test it in an invisible place before use. Not for use on wool or leather surfaces.

You don't mix either with water, both are safe around pets and children and can be used on any water safe surface. DIFFERENCES: The less concentrated one you have to let it sit for 10 minutes or more and the Extreme only 5 minutes or more. I also noticed that the regular \"Stain & Odor Remover\" smells good since it's less concentrated.As far as the light, it's suppose to locate areas on walls, etc, where urine is that you can't see. I havent found them useful at all since it lights up other things such as lent and other particles.
