Its made of light plastic - so build quality feels bad. You've to be careful not to break it while wearing on your finger. The app has good metrics - bit the app is mostly just upselling - they have many many upsell prompts on the app. Nearly for everything, you need to buy a new subscription on the app. The tracker details which work seem to work fine

The ring stopped working just after the warranty period expired. The friend who recommended it to me had also encountered the same problem. While their price and features appear to be satisfactory, it seems they have faulty hardware. It would be wise to consider investing in other brands.

Never buy this ring....I bought this ring in december 2025..in March it stopped working...since then I am only complaining but they have are not responding...they are just buying time...I beg all of you people whosoever is reading my review...please avoid buying this ring.

I’ve been using the Ultrahuman Ring AIR for a while, and unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. The biggest issue is step tracking. The step count is nowhere close to reality and frequently counts bike rides and general vehicle movement as steps, which makes the daily activity data unreliable. Sleep tracking is another major concern. On multiple occasions, the ring stopped recording sleep around 3 AM and only resumed tracking when I woke up in the morning. This results in incomplete and inaccurate sleep data, defeating one of the main reasons for wearing a smart ring. Workout detection is also poor. It regularly detects bike rides as workouts, but fails to recognize actual exercise sessions. For a fitness-focused wearable, this is frustrating. Battery life is another weak point. While it's advertised as lasting several days, I found myself charging it more often than expected. Overall, the hardware feels premium, but the core tracking features steps, sleep, and workout detection have not been reliable in my experience. At this price point, I expected significantly better accuracy and consistency.

I think the whole idea of the “Air” finger ring and sizing first is the right thing to do. You pick your normal size or one that feels most comfortable for you all day and throughout the night. This way it will give you a true feel for the correct size ring. This is a huge investment and quite honestly I was very impressed when I saw what was sent and how. As you will see from my photos, the ring sizers show on the indicator card enclosed on top that there are several finishes, and then underneath in the box itself are the prototype rings, with a spot inside each one where the part of the ring goes out a bit to mimic what the actual ring would be like. All the finishes all look to be scratch resistance, the color choices are very nice and they also have silicone covers to help preserve the rings, yet not interfere with the accuracy, heart rate information and the over all integrity of the functionality of the rings information itself. I have three things I have some issues with not with the item but for what these are preparing you for. Even though they offer 5 finishes in a large array of sizes as I said with the silicone covers if needed, they don’t have an actual color such as a light pink that for myself as a woman I would love. Also, I guess this is my biggest issue, with NYState take, a ring in my size which is second to smallest at a 6 women’s, I would be paying almost $400. I know you say well for your health it’s worth it but quite honestly, I have a pacemaker for my heart and an iOS watch that also tracks this same information. But for me I happen to think after suffering 2 heart attacks already, this is important. I will follow up when I can find out if I pay this whole amount of my insurance will reimburse me for part if not all. I have Medicare and an insurance from my husband also. Over all I did feel this deserved a 5 star review because I was even nicer than expected.

The item looks as expected, and is generally easy to use, you just put a ring on. I’ve rated it 4 stars because to get readings with no gaps I needed to set it to turbo mode and that basically means recharging every day. That’s not an issue for me really, I can do that whilst I’m organising breakfast etc and it’s charged by the end of that, but if you’re expecting 4-5 days it’s a bit of a difference! Otherwise, it tracks HR, skin temperature, steps etc. There are plugins that are mostly free to extend functionality, and one I’ve subscribed to which monitors heart health more closely. Apart from the extra recharges, I’m very happy with it.

I purchased this kit as I was unsure what finger I wanted to wear the smart ring on, and I wanted to test it out to see what size fit best on each finger. I’m so glad I got this, as my fingers would swell by the end of the day and found the perfect size. As far as the ring goes, I definitely recommend. There are so many stats it provides you with - the sleep tracking is so in depth. Surprisingly, not a lot of scratches on the ring and I wear it daily. Would definitely recommend both.

I tried the ring kit and then bought the ultrahuman air ring . All i can say is that its a perfect match for my iwatch, I bought the platinum version nice finish. What i like about this ring is that i dont even know its there, unlike my iwatch which was a pain when I slept. Also the app is beautiful and really user friendly, best of alk no monthly subscriptions the way it should be!. Planning on buying one for my wife now.
