The anti inflammatory properties in this are TOP notch! What a difference this has made in my daily life. I honestly didn’t even realize what it did until I stopped taking it. Great for joint pains in perimenopause!
I’m almost through my first bottle. The first thing I noticed was my skin was clearer and brighter looking but I wouldn’t say tanner or glowy. I’ve started experiencing joint pains from my perimenopause. Hip pain and pain in the joints in my hands. I was checked for RA and luckily that’s not my issue. As of the past few days, I have started noticing a relief in my joints. I’m just gonna keep going and hope it continues to improve. I would recommend this brand and just have people give it a shot. As anything you have to be consistent. I think this does wonders for inflammation.
