Not sure,get the silver they will look great on white!

Is the tape that is on the product adequate to hold/stick it permanently onto the car door?

I would use better quality 3M tape.

If fits on any car. It just goes along the edge of the door. So as long as you have a normal door, you should be fine. It sticks with adhesive tape.

This part is not very thick at all. It fits and looks very classy on my car and I am getting ready to buy me another set for my new car...
