Shelves to Go STG-20 Packable Suitcase Shelves, 20 by 12-Inch, Black

Packing is NOT easy for me, but Shelves-to-Go has really helped me visualize what is most important and make good choices as to "what I need in the limited space I have" to pack. I hang it in my closet, grab my things right from their hangers, fill it up, remove and place into my suitcase. The Shelves are sturdy and well-made and fit right into my carry-on-size suitcase (with a little room to spare!...maybe for a pair of soft slippers?). At my destination, what I have with me is easy to see, and what I need to pack before returning home is close-by and easy to find.I've found that while back at home I leave the shelves hanging in my closet for an "extra landing space" for things I want handy and accessible.

I used this on a 3 week trip to Italy where the closets are not very large. We moved around alot and it really helped as I normally unpack and this allowed me to simply hang my clothes IN the shelves and never had any trouble with it... Be careful not to over stuff the shelves as it makes it a little heavy to hang up, but the hardware on the shelves was sturdy.

This worked very well, however it did not fit in my 20 inch case, but fit fine in the 24. Seems well made and certainly does the job. I am not exactly a germaphobe, but I get the 'itchies' from the hotel drawers, who knows the last time they were cleaned out. This takes care of that issue nicely! I love the portability of it too.

This 20x12 size did not fit well into my carry-on bag making it very difficult to take the shelves in and out of my bag. Also, when I hung up the shelves at the hotel, the shelves were so large that my fiance did not have any room to hang up his stuff. Not good if you are traveling as a couple. This would be great if I got a smaller size shelf, and only traveled solo.

I travel all over the world and like many others typically live out of my suitcase. This little number is a life saver. It hangs up in the closet and acts as a reliable shelf for your clothes. It fits in a standard size check in and you can preload it with whatever clothes you are taking. When you get to your hotel just pull it out and hang it up. It saves a great deal of frustration in the morning when your getting ready to hit the airport and are pressed for time. Sturdy construction and great quality for the price you pay.

When I saw this I was skeptical but thought that the price was good even if it didn't work as well as advertised. I can't believe how easy it has made my life on the road. packing it is simple and it fits my suitcase nice and tight. when I arrive at the hotel I pull it out and hang it in the closet. no more packing and unpacking. I wonder how I ever got along without it in the past. I would say that it has cut at least a 1/2 hour per day in packing and unpacking from hotel to hotel.

I really like the way the Shelves work. They do add a little weight to the bag so keep it in mind when flying.Keeping clothes organized throughout a trip is nice.

I love this item! If planning on using this item in a carry on measure your carry-on in the inside to see if it will fit, there is a smaller one if necessary. It does not fit in my carry-on's due to their shape; however it fits perfectly in my larger suitcase and it makes packing and unpacking easier.
