初めての購入、想像よりも飲みやすくて良かった。 効果についてはまだわからないが、 朝の気だるさのようなものが少し改善されたかな…？と。 コラーゲンという文字に惹かれたので肌の調子が良くなって欲しい。 味はフルーツ系のような甘い感じ？の味で後味も悪くない。 1日の目安量は少量でよくて、 メモリのついた小さな計量カップのようなものが付属でついてる。 お店では見かけることがあまりない高級感のある感じ。

I have never slept more solidly since I hit menopause since taking this supplement. I didn’t even know that it was a side effect but as a therapist it makes sense. It doesn’t make you sleepy to clarify it keeps you asleep

This is something I was excited about. I used it as described, daily, at exactly the measurement that is told to. It literally did not last 30 days. It’s already pricey for a 30 day supply. But mine ran out at day 22. It was only 3 week supply? Seriously? What a disappointment. I don’t mind spending money on quality, but I won’t even know if it’s effective because I don’t plan to purchase going forward, for the above stated reason.
