I have ordered and received both the shampoo and conditioner numerous times and never even had them leak. I think your shipment might have just been a fluke, hopefully. I would still recommend their purchase.

Q: I've used frizz control shampoos and conditioners which have left my hair heavy and weighed down. Does your hair feel clean after using this?

I live in Florida and have thick , frizzy hair. This product works for me, when used in combo with an anti-frizz serum. I would not call it a heavy feel, but it is not a miracle smoother either. I have colored hair, so I like that it does not strip my color.
