Men's Handkerchiefs,100% Soft Cotton,White Classic Hankie Pack of 12

So, I'm currently trying to rid myself of a lot of waste. This includes things that I use and immediately discard. If there is a reusable alternative, that's where I'm changing things up. So I came across these on Amazon and decided to get them. Nothing too fancy, just a plain, white hankerchief. I keep one on me at all times...you never know when you have a runny nose or any hangly danglies you need to take care of spur-of-the-moment. I have a son and Lord knows, he doesn't always wipe his nose, let alone his mouth (whole face) after he eats or snacks on anything. So it really comes in handy. They bring back memories of my childhood. And even though I use to joke back then about adults just carrying around snot rags in their pockets (lol).... I get it now. Less waste. Convenient. Washable. Durable. Cleaner. I love them!

LOVE these hankies.....my late husband had respiratory problems, so he had a half of his top dresser drawer filled with white hankies.....I love using them and they are in good shape, having been 20 years ago that they were purchased. But now I needed to add to my stash.....I purchased these, and they are just as nicely thin and soft as the ones that he used for years and years. They make me think of him every time I use one, which is quite a bit since I have pneumonia at the moment. You know how men's handkerchiefs feel stiff and unwieldy until they've been washed several times? Well, THESE puppies feel just as soft and cuddly as those 20 - 30 year old hankies still in that drawer. I must order one more package shortly. VERY satisfied. Well made, no threads hanging, PERFECT. I want to embroider a set.....just for the fun of it.....

Every man needs to carry a handkerchief. Nearly as useful as a pocket knife, something you will use once a day if not more, and will save your bacon if you know how and when to use it. Nice and soft and absorbent, all one really needs in a handkerchief.

I wanted to buy my husband good quality handkerchiefs that didn't wrinkle around the edges and these are not it. After reading the reviews I thought I had made a good choice but I was mistaken. He says some are thick material and some are thin so they are not a consistent fabric. After washing and drying them they come out of the dryer puckered and wrinkled around the edges so they do not fold well for the drawer. I did not want a handkerchief that had to be ironed.

These aren't magical hankies. They are, however, both adequately soft and thick for my use. They did shrink about 1/2 inch from all sides when run through the dryer, this was remedied when the second package I ordered was line dried (the wrinkling was all but eliminated by drying on the line as well). All in all these are good if not exceptional hankies that I would feel safe recommending to a friend.

A while back my allergist told me to use hankies instead of tissues to avoid contact dermatitis. You know how when you have a cold your nose gets all red and raw from constant blowing? Well, it doesn't anymore! I LOVE hankies! This is about the 4th dozen I have bought. I just throw them in the wash with my sheets.

I had a LOT of loose threads and screwed up hems to deal with on these hankies. I thought they would at least be decent quality compared to another brand of hankies that's $1-2 more, but not so.Pros: soft after washing, fabric itself is durableCons: badly hemmed on all 4 edges of every single hanky, frayed after washing, very sloppy craftsmanshipThis brand could use some quality control. I won't buy these again, and wouldn't recommend them for anyone looking for a zero-waste alternative to disposable facial tissue. The hems just look cheap and crappy.

These hankies are made well, but the material is very light, so it wrinkles and puckers around the edges when washed. Be prepared to iron them after every washing.

I purchased three hankys - this one and these two:  Mens Plain 100% Cotton Handkerchiefs (Pack Of 7) (One Size) (White/Shades Of Blue) , and  Mens 100% Cotton Handkerchiefs With Colour Stripe Border (Pack Of 10) (One Size) (White/Blue/Purple) . These ones, weighing in at 15 grams each, were my second favourite to, and the same weight as  Mens Plain 100% Cotton Handkerchiefs (Pack Of 7) (One Size) (White/Shades Of Blue) . What I did not like is that the patterning at the edges causes them to crumple more in the wash. These did not shrink appreciably, and are nicely made. If the manufacturer deleted the pattering these would be my favourite. Arrived in Canada in about 3 weeks from Shanghai. I suspect a bunch of the extra cost of these is from the shipping, since it went Xpresspost after Canada Post got it. These are better than the hankys I have bought at major department stores in the UK for much more, so you won't go wrong with these. They arrived promptly and after a wash, found them to be soft and gentle. ..I can't say anything about their endurance for I haven't had them long.It's been a bad allergy season, permanent press hankies and tissues irritate my nose....these hankies are gentle...soothing...I'm happy

Delivery was as promised. There's an old saying, "A gentleman always has a white handkerchief" and these would certainly meet the requirement. Pleasantly patterned border, white on white, no shrinkage when washed. Altogether very pleasing.

I was disappointed with this purchase. The hankies are thin an get extremely wrinkled after being dried, even though I dried them on delicate. They are also a tad rough. I have only washed them once so hopefully they get softer with use. I was expecting the same quality that my dad had 15-20 years ago.

These were very cheaply made and not great quality. I bought these for my husband who used a kerchief in the winter months and they fell apart in the wash and were incredibly rough.
