Lightest economic sturdy surf rod
I was looking for an upgrade to the penn squadron surf 10ft (15oz).At 11oz, this okuma alternative is super functional.Amazing!

Perfect After Slight Modification
I absolutely LOVE this rod! I paired it with a Daiwa BG 6000 along with some 50lb. Suffix 832 (the best line ever). I used this in Southeast Alaska as a coho pole. It was a little overkill, but that's expected.I recommend taping up the reel seat rings so it doesn't rub and scratch up the other half of the rod during transport.

Very good rod, very pretty and well built
Very good rod, very pretty and well built. Very light also. One thing I am not totally happy is that you can see "chips" on the rod paint when you accidentally scratch (mildly) the rod with a piece of metal. But I still love this rod, I will buy another one in the future I think.

Awesome rod
I love this Okuma rod. Not only does it look great, it is so nice and light that I can cast all day with it. I would buy this rod over and over again.

Good Surf Rod
Well designed with premium components. Paired with a Shimano Baitrunner 8000D it provided smooth distance casting with 1-4 ounce lures/weighted bait. It has good flex, yet noticeable backbone throughout the entire rod. Amazing.

I have always heard good things about these so I decided to order one for myself and turned out to be a big mistake the rod did not even last 1 fishing season. When I went to return it there wasn't even an option to do so. It's pretty much $200 down the drain

100% satisfied with it
Already had a medium action rod. 100% satisfied with it. Now i have a matching medium heavy to go with it. Great Rods. Best warranty hands down. Love the Cedros. Own three now and have hit nice fish on them.
