This phone was advertised as some kind of Verizon affiliated phone that could be used on any American phone service.Verizon was unable to activate the phone. They pointed out to us, after trying to activate it, that the numbers on box the phone came in did not relate to the phone and that they therefore could not activate it. Too much time has passed for me to return it, so I guess that I am stuck with it--a useless phone. I do not recommend this phone to anyone.

So far it's a good phone

It seems like a good phone. Unfortunately I was unable to use it as it has a 14 digit IMEI number. My carrier, Puretalk, requires it to have a 15 digit number. So I had to return it.

It was as described. Easy to setup. I wish the letters and scrolling buttons were bigger for the generation that wants this phone. There are other phones out there but they are not compatible with Verizon.

Buttons lag. Phone is very unresponsive. Can barely hear speakerphone on MAX volume. Phone book (contacts) comes preprogrammed with useless entries that can’t be deleted. This phone is garbage. Returned!

All good 1 month in

Does not turn on. Unfortunately we were traveling over the summer so we were unable to open it by the return window. I reading more about this brand online it seems they commonly have battery issues.

It is awesome as an emergency phone. Used it on Mint Mobile. The only snag is I cannot use the hotspot functionality as it is tied to Verizon. Value for money. Nice battery life. Looks antique but thats good.vunlocked for tmobile and att.
