My ball says "made in Thailand" in the small print by the filler hole.

what's the difference between official and official size? why it cost different? Which one is the official ball for men?

they are exactly the same ball, the difference is the cheaper one says "NCAA" on it while the other one doesn't. I bought the "official" one and am very happy with it. No need to spend any more money.

What Is It Made Out Of?

It should be in the product description. Best volleyball I've ever bought. It has grip to it so you can control your tosses for jump serves better or just holding it in general. It also helps with accuracy for hits since it's not so bouncy that your hits will end up like a cannon straight to the back wall.
