Good quality
Easy to use and good quality for price. The timer is great to use for grabbing coffee in the morning. Easy set up and holds a good amount of coffee for individual cup and multiple. I’ve had it for a few months now and no issues. Good coffee maker!

Great coffee maker!
We love this coffee pot. Have been using the cheap coffee makers from discount stores for years and decided to just splurge and get a nice coffee maker. This one is great! We love the fact you can select bold for stronger coffee, and my husband likes that he can make his favorite coffee flavor using the single serve section. The carafe doesn't leak when pouring, and the coffee stays really hot in the carafe after brewing. I would definitely recommend this coffee maker!

Simple Coffeemaker but Gets the Job Done!
This coffee maker is simple and that is what we love about it. The timer is good and the coffee is brewed quietly and quickly. The size is perfect for us. The single serve is an added bonus for trips or commuting to work.

Overall Great Choice, but the pot drips
I am pleased with this purchase for the price. I love the single serve option and being able to do cold brew. It is simple to use and the pot heats the wat up really well so you get a nice brew. My only complaint is that I end up dripping coffee every time I pour. The pot is just poorly designed for pouring. I just pour over the sink to avoid the issue.

Great for my coffeebar
I love this for my office- since I work a lot, I make a pot of coffee or a cup of tea and carry on. It will leak IF YOU GO OVER THE MAX FILL LINE.

Bad product.
The carafe leaks, when you pour as cup mid brew, the touch screen is not sensitive. Bought this because I have had other Hamilton Beach products which have worked great. Should have delved done into reviews to see that others have the exact problems. Very disappointed with product. I would suggest you don't try. Reaching out to seller. Will update their response.
