My 14-year-old, who loves all things Korean and Japanese, begged me for this ramen for weeks. Finally I gave in and bought him this. WOW. It's delicious. If you think you know what ramen tastes like because you've had Top Ramen while getting by on a student budget during university, YOU DON'T REALLY KNOW WHAT RAMEN TASTES LIKE. This is infinitely better. So flavorful. Marked down the "comfort" rating because, whew. This is SPICY. The good manufacturers of this product pull zero punches with spice and give zero effs about the health and safety of your tastebuds. You have been warned.

I never leave reviews but these really are sooo so so good. I think they’re the best of all the Buldak. They’re not as spicy but spicy enough and umami enough to be so delicious!

Never tried the Samyang brand for korean noodles before. Always bought Paldo until they raised their prices to ridiculous highs. Wanted bul jjajangmen so thought I would give this one a try. Pros: --Noodles are much more chewy and retain smooth texture after being boiled --The veggies packet that comes with has more "stuff" than Paldo's 3 freeze dried green peas --There's some kind of onion powder or flavor that's in the veggies packet that gives much less bland flavor --The included sauce packet doesn't need to be heated up --Expensive for per packet, but still costs less than Paldo's equivalent Cons: --Takes a bit longer to boil than most other packaged noodles --Noodles quantity at first seemed to be ok, but definitely less than Paldo's after fully boiled Suggestion: If you're going to cook these, don't throw away all the boiled water from the noodles like with other brands. To keep some of the onion flavoring, keep most of the water, and add the sauce packet to the boiling water. Don't need to use the entire sauce packet either as this sauce is soooo hot that it's close to being prank-level hot.

Honestly, I’ve tried buldak before and wasn’t a fan of the distinct sweet taste it had, but this is really good. This flavor is good though, more on the savory side

I personally really enjoyed these noodles, they are genuinely super tasty, not only that, if you enjoy savory and spicy things, you'll enjoy these!

This was beyond wonderful and I definitely will be buying again. I usually get the all of the Korean Samyang noodles for my sister and I, because we are the only ones in our house that enjoys it. They taste like a tad sweeter version of the original Samyang noodles in the black packet. The flavour is bold and very straight forward, if that makes any sense! I eat a lot of spicy foods and it was a normal level for me I could enjoy, and my sister doesn’t eat spicy foods like me and she said it was a tolerable spice level for her. 10/10, 5 stars, perfection!!

Muy buen sabor, si pica como el ramen tradicional negro pero el sabor es ligeramente diferente, muy sabroso 👌🏻
