Pretty unique as far as I can see and great at what it does.
I got really frustrated pulling headphones and other audio in and out of my interface(s). This tidied everything and it's just a switch (or you can listen on all the channels). It seems very low noise. I'll still plug directly into the main audio interface for the best quality but for everyday chopping and changing this is just brilliant. And less wear and tear on the Focusrite headphone socket! If you check the Behringer site this now appears to be no longer built but they were very proud of the development they put into this and I think that's well deserved. If it meets your needs I would get on and get it.
