Well thanks to this product and it's great price and taste I feel like a freaking idiot spending money on other electrolyte mixes! This product tastes good and makes me feel great after a long run and I love the money I'm saving!

Good flavor and works for hydration but there needs to be more dessicant included as the powder will cake up before the product is completely used if you live in a humid environment.

I bought the smaller version this time because last time more than half of it clumped up and solidified, however same thing happens to the small container. Within several months, the powder turns into rocks and you’ll need an ice pick. Ended up throwing it away.
